Well, the shoes are fine except as I was shopping a staff member approached me and asked me if any of the shoes on the floor near me were mine. I didnt appreciate her implication that I had left shoe boxes on the floor. She proceeded to pick them all up and put them away. So I went back up to her and told her that the shoes I tried on I put back on the shelf. Super rude! First of all, who cares? Second of all, they werent my shoes. Thumbs down.

This review is not based on the proformance on the store. The store is a great store. My review only on one of the managers that work at this location. I believe her name is Donna. I buy stuff all the time from this dsw & everytime I come in she gives me a dirty look as if she doesn’t want me in the store. Many times I have seen her come follow me. Very unprofessional.

Just bought some running shoes and wallet. First time in a DSW and I was impressed. Clean, efficent and an easy to understand layout. Was a little bit more pricey than I wanted but not by much. Staff was helpful but not clingy. Ill return.

There are a lot of great deals to be had here at DSW. This store had a large selection of shoes for both men and women. They have everything from work boots to high heels. Their clearance section has a great selection also.

Fairly good selection. The reason for the docked star is 1. They are frequently missing sizes of shoes I wish to purchase, and 2. Its hard to find a sales associate to help. They are friendly when you find them, though.

Shoes are overpriced for the brand names, poor layout. Patron was walking around in bare feet and when brought up to an employee, nothing was done. Payless has better customer service than here.

They have the largest selection of guys shoes compared to any other DSW Ive been to. Though Im picky about my shoes so a lot of things dont always appeal to me personally but may for others.

Designer shoes? Well....not to me. If you are from big city and if you are picky of material of shoes then just buy your shoes in your country. The price was cheap though.
