Awful experience. Do not go here. Watsky is condescending and rude and his staff is unprofessional. They gave me incorrect information over the phone regarding prices and insurance. When it came time to pay for my exam and I was faced with paying them a significantly larger amount than I was told I would owe, the front desk staff got snippy FAST; rather than practicing some decent customer service and standard courtesy by understanding why I was confused and upset and apologizing for the miscommunication, they took absolutely NO fault for the situation and defensively stated, "Well we wouldnt have told you that," regarding what Id been told days earlier. To further elaborate, they didnt necessarily lie at the end of my first visit, but they werent completely honest either. I paid (what I thought) was the full amount for my initial exam, asked if there would be any more charges for when I returned a couple days later for my follow-up exam, and was told, in a concise, tight-lipped answer, "No." A few days later, Im paying almost $100 for the "other part" of the fitting exam that I had owed at the end of my first visit, but mysteriously A) wasnt asked to pay at that time, and B) wasnt informed of at all in the first place. Do not go here. They are sketchy, unprofessional and inconsistent. Take your business elsewhere.

Hands down Dr. Watsky is the most thorough and best eye doctor I have seen and Ive had glasses for over 20 years. The office has cutting edge brands for eyeglasses and Ive never had such a thorough exam. My wife came back from her exam and thought the same thing. The staff is also top notch. I cannot say enough how much I recommend this office and doctor. For those of you used to the large franchise type eye doctors I encourage you to make a switch. Itll be worth it.

Ive gone to a couple different optical places over the years. But dr. Watsy and his team was amazing. He did a very good job with my eye test and i felt no pressure to buy things that my insurance doesnt cover and they helped me find a nice pair of glasses that were in a my budget and were honest if a pair wasnt right for me. Plus I got my glasses in just a few days it would have been sooner but I went on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend this place

Very friendly, got in and out quickly, very informative. Ive went to the same eye doctor since I was about 6 (now 24) and was nervous about going to someone new but it was great and Ill never go back to my lifelong optometrist! He asked questions and did exams Ive never experienced before which really helped me understand my needs and how it will affect my eyes long term. Great experience, 5 stars!

Ive been going here for years because in almost every way, they are a top-notch office and have had nothing but excellent service. I say "in almost every way" because I can no longer tolerate Dr. Watskys rudeness and lack of social skills. He is an excellent and very knowledgable optometrist in every way, but hes lost me as a customer. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly.
