When I went to this UPS store three years ago the man who helped me ship my 50+ lb box home was a really great guy. He was super personable and helpful, I figured UPS would be great to work with over the next three years of my college career, but boy was I wrong. This year UPS has honestly had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their drivers do not deliver packages to the correct locations, they do not follow the three delivery attempt guideline, they occasionally leave the package notification on the window, but then they do not deliver the package when you follow the instruction on the label. Each time I contacted customer service "it wasnt UPS fault" or "there was nothing that could be done because their only job is to attempt to deliver". It didnt matter if the package was delivered to the correct location or actually ever delivered. UPS refuses to take responsibility for anything they do. So after this year of complete lack of customer service I knew that I would not be using UPS again anytime soon, unless need be. However, I had to return a rented textbook and UPS was the only company they use so I took the box and label etc. to this store. The man at the desk was literally the least friendly human being I have had the displeasure of meeting. He acted as if I was stupid, he practically growled at me when I told him I did not want to purchase one of their envelopes and the box I was using was perfectly fine. He mumbled into his beard so I couldnt hear or understand him. He was just an absolutely displeasure to meet. Eventually he agreed to ship the textbook in the box I had provided but not with out being absolutely rude about it. Thankfully today I am finally moving after graduating from University. I will never have to us this UPS store ever again, nor will I be using any UPS services unless required. I will definitely be taking my business to FedEx from now on.

AWFUL - DO NOT USE!!! The manager (who has an awful attitude) ripped us off for over $100. Within an hour of dropping off a package, I realized an error was made on my part and called to cancel the shipment. The manager said he would hold the package for us to pick up by closing but that we would have to pay for the packaging that supposedly had already been done - given that it was my mistake, not unreasonable. I arrived 15 minutes before closing only to have the manager (the same one that I talked to on the phone) tell me with a smug smirk on his face that the package was already on the truck (which was still being loaded in the parking lot) and that there was nothing he could do. He explained that our package was sitting on the counter, unwrapped, 30 minutes before closing, and he "was afraid we werent going to come to pick it up", so he wrapped it (which supposedly had already been done but obviously wasnt - so that was a bogus charge) and placed it on the truck, when I had made it clear beyond a doubt to him that I did not want the package leaving the store. Obvious that the only thing he cared about was getting as much money into the register as he could.

I called in to ask about the notary service. Without listening to my request, the staff just yelled into my face the sequence of No..No..No...I calmly explained the situation again; however, that guy kept doing the same thing by yelling into my face No..No..No... Again, I tried to explain to him that he misunderstood my request; he yelled into my face with the same sequence No..No..No. So I just said "Bye" and hung up. What the heck was such attitude to the customer?

I have never been to a mailing place where the clerks are so incompetent! Cannot recommend this place to anyone! They have to start training their clerks better on how to deal with customers. They made me miss an important deadline that end up costing me money and losing a potential business, but on top of everything blamed the error on me and dismissed me quickly over the phone!!!!

they are realy helpful and attentious. and this store is close to my house, so I use it a lot too, they alredy know me and all. You can have an account with UPS too and theres a lot of other things you can do online.Plus some of their services work better than usps because they deal with less bulk business, such as retrieving a package, which is pratically impossible with usps.

Jamie, the store manager has been very fair and helpful to us over the years. He has been very supportive of my sons competition robotics team and makes sure our robots have traveled safely across the country to California year after year. I have found him to be extremely pleasant and have recommended others to ship their robots through his store.

Theres a guy named James who works there who has a smug personality and tried to overcharge us to death for packaging alone. If you go there dont bother dealing with anyone who works there besides Pablo. He is the only one with any respect for customers. I wont be going back there for any packaging, regardless.

This store messed up on a package that was shipped out of their store. UPS headquarters themselves could not track the package. They lost a package and refused to rectify their error. I highly recommend going else where for your shipping needs.

I use this place all the time for shipping, passport photos, notarizing things, photocopies. They are nice and pretty efficient. No complaints.
