First time I went here was to ship a surfboard which they said they would take care of for me and send out and let me leave only to find out a week later that the receiver of this package got a damaged surfboard because it was wrapped horribly. Then I went in again today based on the hours posted online and found a printed out piece of paper taped to the door saying that the hours have changed for the summer time to close two hours earlier. Update your website so people arent wasting time out of their day to come to your business only to see handmade sign on the window. Dont waste your time.

I am the owner of a small art business, where I make paintings and then have them printed as posters and other products. I mostly use UPS for their image editing skills to achieve the closest color matching to my original paintings as possible. I work very closely with the image editor expert there, Joe, who is very competent and understanding of my expectations. Thank you, I really appreciate the quality of the work!

Wonderful. I was home with a broken leg and rib. Anxious about having to get well and go shopping. Im a walker no car. Then I seen UPS online and also ordered groceries from a different place. But ups brought my medical needs, household orders, they were on time and curious. Dont know how I would have made it without them.

UPS Is great ! I get supplies sent every month cause she is patroniz paralyzed waist down, there not afraid of my dog, if Im working they will open the door and push them in for her allot of people are afraid of my dog, I have a red nose Pitt. He is very friendly love your help ty.

We arrived right near closing but it was a shipping emergency and the guy behind the counter was annoyed, rude and unhelpful. We went to FedEx nearby and had a much better experience.

Its the worst business I have ever seen. On map its shows it will close at 3 and the store is already closed around 1:30. They just put a paper sign on the front door.
