Im giving the stars because the young lady that helped us was very kind, helpful and sweet- however- we were looking to have invitations printed there and I was shown the sample print which was fuzzy and grainy. They said I need to completely remake my invitations which took me days to make :( We decided to go to a small ma-and-pa printing service and with a couple clicks of the computer beautiful invites came out! Im not sure where the disconnect at fed-ex was but clearly something wasnt right. Oh and not to mention I had inkjet labels to buy and they told me I probably had a lazer printer. Come to find out I have an inkjet. Wtf. $30 labels.

I went there this afternoon to get something faxed and this lady with long hair and a ponytail was talking to someone and a customer was asking her a question and she raised her voice at him and said that she was not talking to him she was talking to the other person. She was very rude and she definitely made that gentleman feel uncomfortable. She should not be working with customers if shes going to yell at them. Worst experience ever.

I called to get information about shipping costs for a large package, the employee who took my call seemed to be upset with me and hung up without saying goodbye. Ive never had such an aggressive end to what was seemingly a normal customer service interaction. Maybe she didnt have her coffee?
