Food was good but service was atrocious. Called order in several hours in advance and when I got there they said there was no order. Said it would be 15 minutes. Went outside and came back in 15 and another employee said they had no idea what order I had. They still didnt put it in. Took over an hour to get the food ready and was still missing several items..

Accompanied my 100 year old grandfather-in-law here for lunch after church when we were visiting. Im surprised he comes back so often with the poor customer service. The employees were too busy chatting, and seemed like they hate their jobs so much they couldnt be bothered to actually give us the coffee he ordered. Food was what you would expect.

Always good / consistent quality, staff is an eclectic group of people who take pride in their jobs and some who wish to be anywhere else. The promotion that gives you a free meal on Saturday of same week you visited, keeps us coming back.

Ive loved Boston Market from the day I was born, lol. No, literally, gotta love their Macaroni-Cheese, ofc their Chicken, and Veggies. Everything is always fresh and I feel as if our money is always well spent here. 10/10

Healthier fast food than other fast food places. No sitting around waiting for ur dinner. No tipping necessary. Just go through buffet line pick out ur food and pay cashier. Cheap and quick.

Ive not had Boston Market in a long time. Their turkey is still really good. Mixed veggies were not soggy like other places can be. Corn bread is always good!
