This market basket is a bit larger than the one down on Storrs, and has a better selection of goods. We really like the meat and cheese ends as a cheap alternative to Deli meats and cheeses; they sell the ends and extra slices at a discount to the freshly sliced deli products. Just eat them quickly, theyll go bad within a couple of days. We also get all our baby items here. Diapers are good, and inexpensive. Baby food is often on sale. They also have bottles, formula, baby medicines, etc. Theres always plenty of sale or discount items for those on a budget, especially fruits, vegetables, and breads.

Tiny aisles. I always shop sales, so the prices here are fine. I hate how this Market Basket aggressively moves product around to make it appear that they arent out of stock. It makes the shopping trips take so much longer and more irritating. Plus I would guess that I need manager help 60% of the time due to mismarked prices. Hopefully, all the discounts they give me for bad stocking will eventually make them just leave holes where the out of stock items are. I would come more often if they fixed that policy. No other store is so annoying in this regard.

Gone WAY down hill over the years. CLEAN your store for gods sake! Soap & water, it works! The manager just stands around with his arms folded like hes the king in the turtle pond. He needs to go to the store & Bedford , Those managers actually work! Ill bet he could learn a thing or two from them. The employees are slow moving & not the brightest bunch. The guy back in the seafood dept cant understand simple requests & the cashier dyed her hair purple & half her neck along with it. (brilliant!)

For me, the Fort Eddy Road Market Basket has come a very long way in the past few years in the areas of organic and vegan food options and ingredients. I rarely shopped there because they were so far behind the times for so long. But not any more. The Fort Eddy Road Market Basket has earned my loyalty for changing with the times. Now I no longer have to practically take out a loan to shop at the ridiculously overpriced Concord Co-op to find the vegan and organic items I need.

They need to work on the layout of this store. It is always very busy and all the lines back up to the aisles and it is hard to navigate. Then the deli gets busy and that gets all congested so the front and back of the store is crowded and its a mess. Also, they run out of product constantly. They were completely out of chicken the other day. Great prices though. And the staff is absolutely fantastic. Specially this older man who bags, he is the best!

They got awesome prices easy to see from Fort Eddy Road easy in Easy out that got a great parking lot and its a healthful mall they have Lowes Market Basket Dollar Tree bunch of stores in the area easy to get to Midas everythings right here and again the prices are unbeatable people are great service is good a lot of registers usually open and theyll help you if you cant carry the stuff out there just a good store

Is there an email to contact the manager at the Fort Eddy Rd store? There should be!! The produce dept used to be the best, but in recent weeks, its been horirble. Hardly anything out there and what it out is old!! Used to be a lot of personnel working in that dept for help to makig sure things were stocked,but now I dó not see anyone. Obviously they have cut back on help and it sure shows!!!

The prices are always the best in town, and the quality of merchandise is always good enough for my needs. They have expanded the aisles recently and revamped the store somewhat to ease a lot of congestion. Yes, it does get busy, but with the value for money who can blame the crowds for shopping there. Service is always helpful, polite and efficient.

Dear Market Basket- please dont put Marzetti Chocolate Fruit Dip near your strawberries. I bought it thinking I could make "dipped strawberries"- but it doesnt harden. The chocolate is good- anyway, your store is doing well. It is a popular place to go- therefore often crowded and busy- but for the value- we appreciate Mkt Bskt in Concord, NH

I dont hate this place. I think they need to give courses on customer service. I supported the employees and the store when they were having problems. But I received such an attitude from the deli clerk for asking her to put paper between my cheese. If it wasnt for me, that young lady would be out of a job. Management should train better.

This location is the worst market basket I have been to. Cashiers and baggers carried on conversations with each other without acknowledging us. Store was dirty and crowded. Parking lot was miserable to get out of, the parking spaces were much smaller than usual and aisles very close together. Try the Hooksett location, its the best.

The store is always excessively busy, handicapped parking is always impossible, employees are rude and always cut you off, walk in front of you and never say excuse me. Every time I have tried to go in there I cant find a place to park, and with serious health issues always getting walked on and bumped into only makes my pain worse.

This store does have decent prices,but it hasnt been worth it to go there lately .Our last visit they were completely out of any chicken,and a bunch of other items. Despite what time i show up there I cant seem to avoid huge crowds. I have always been a die hard Market Basket fan but lately we have just had to go elsewhere.

A Private User

This is the lowest price grocery store by far in Concord. They do not always have everything in stock, but that is the trade off for low prices. They do have an interesting meat selection, including humanely raised chicken and ground bison, and I have also gotten great uncured bacon there. Very good produce too.

Probably the best store overall based on pricing, equal to its closest rival Hannaford in quality of Merchandise. Its shortfall is that that the property is 25 plus years old and is in need to a major renovation. It is losing share to newer MBs in Hooksett and even Manchester and Bedford.

Excellent prices, friendly staff, excellent variety in produce section. Market Basket owner treats employees extremely well. Doesnt have some of the premium products that you would find in some of the other chains so we shop at other stores as well depending upon what we need.

Good food at a good price. Employees seem happier here than at most supermarkets & that makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. Employees have name tags showing years of employment & its very common to see 10, 20, 30 & even 40 years noted. Theres a message there.

This store is gross and dirty, the back half truly stinks like rotten meat. I had to go to the ladies room to wash my hands after touching a number of products. There is only one ladies room for the whole place and it is "out back" This store needs to go.

This Market Basket is clean and the prices are great. The one major issue with this particular store is that it is SOOOO BUSY! There are so many people in there always, so you feel that you are in the way if you actually have to stop and look.
