I bought 2 soafas and a bed set from them. their furniture looked great and comfortable and staff was very keen until i bought the stuff from them. The sofa which had recliner in it, went so low from all the sides that I could feel teh rods and spring when sitting on it. It wa sonly after 6 months, I went to complain and was ignored completely and on 2nd visit, was told to write on their website with pictures which does not let you do it. Finally sent it only after I left several messages to the head office and it is almost 1 year since I wrote to them, NO REPLY and NO RESPONSE when you go to the store. The bedroom dressing had the drawer broken in 1 month with no replacement parts available. What else... hmmmm... I would only recommned them to my enemies so that they would loose more money.

They seem to have decent furniture, but man are they stuck in the "tiny local store" mentality. We asked for a Saturday delivery, which they agreed to and put on our order form, and then they tried to browbeat us into agreeing to a Wednesday delivery instead and claimed we agreed to it instead of a Saturday delivery. After they called us about our "Wednesday delivery" we tried to change this nonesense back and they said it was "too late" to change it. We tried calling the main office to speak to someone higher up several times and no calls were ever returned. They presumably attempted to deliver to an empty apartment(!) on a Wednesday. We asked to cancel the order altogether. What a waste of time.

Changed hours on a piece of paper in the front of the store to closing at 6pm and did not change online. Drove an hour for no reason. Locked doors when we came to the door and nobody even bothered coming to explain and apologize.
