Stay away! Save yourself time, money, and frustration. In my dealings with the man who runs this establishment, he was incompetent, dissembling, and unethical. My family purchased two very expensive dining sets from him. It took much longer than promised for the furniture to get built and delivered, and when it finally came, the owner had messed up the order. The table top was not stained at all instead of being the dark cherry color that we ordered. When I called to complain literally the first thing he said to me was, "well do you have your receipt because if its not on there correctly theres nothing I can do." Mind you, I spent hours talking with this man about every aspect of our order and took detailed notes. Eventually, he admitted that the mistake was either his or the manufacturers and he asked me how we wanted the error rectified. My mother in law said that if they were going to replace the table top anyway that she though it would look nice if they could match the table top to the color of the two tone dining room chair seats. At first, the owner said it would be no problem. That did not last long. The delivery man, who is also his son, came by to take pictures of the seats and table. He said he recognized that the chair seats and the tabletop were not the same color, but over the next few weeks of trying to arrange for the replacement we began to receive pushback on our request. The owner claimed that tabletop was stained the exact same color as the chair seats and that any difference was simply normal variation in the wood. I said there was no way that was true. When I pointed out that his son had seen the difference he asked to come see it himself. He asked me what day he could come and said that Thursday or Friday worked for him. I told him that I wanted to be there when he came and that I worked on Thursday so to come Friday. I also told him that my mother in law would be the only one home on Thursday and as he knew, she had recently suffered a stroke and so did not speak well. "Friday is better for us," I told him. Then he said, and I quote, "Whatever you want." Thursday afternoon my godson called me very concerned because the owner was in our house arguing with my mother-in-law about rather or not the colors matched. My godson felt he was being very rude to her. I told him to tell the man that I said to leave, and he made a quick exit. As a family, we lost all trust in this individual and his ability to fix his error or live up to his promises. We kept the table as it was delivered, put a tablecloth on it and moved on, but every time I enter my home and see that incredibly expensive table that was not what we ordered and I tell myself, "You have to write a review and warn people so they know how dreadfully Woodstuff Too conducts it business." Now I have. Good luck, my fellow humans.

The owner didnt deliver what I ordered. The cases were supposed to have a decorative "frame" around the perimeter of the cases instead he gave me an additional "frame" in front of a fixed shelf. My goal was to get cases that looked custom-built, instead, the cases I got look cheap and store-bought. Problem One---owner showed me a mini-model at the shop of what I will be getting. There was NO frame on a fixed shelf in the model. So the owner misrepresented what I was buying (he showed me one thing, but delivered another). Problem Two---owner totally denied any responsibility for the error. Even worse, he started yelling at me telling me I was the one who made a mistake. I even offered to try to fix the problem myself---and asked for only some guidance on how to remove the frame that I didnt order. First, he gave me completely wrong instructions, and later when I asked for correct instructions, he simply ignored me. My loss---over $250 in repair time and supplies. STAY AWAY from this nightmare shop. The previous owner ran it into the ground, but at least he was a nice guy. The current owner is not only running the place into the ground (again), but treats his customers like theyre enemies. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
