Do not EVER order anything from Pottery Barn unless you can pick it up in the store and take it home with you. Their customer service is atrocious. You will get misinformation, unfulfilled promises, and genial but helplessly incompetent representatives. We were told our merchandise was in stock and would be shipped right away, only to find out that 80% of the order was back-ordered. Then we had to make 4 phone calls to get them to apply the discount to which we were entitled. Then they apparently shipped the order finally, but "put it on the wrong truck." We still havent completed this simple transaction, and will post again if it is ever completed.

Visit summer 2013. Appalled at how rude and inattentive staff was to us during our visit. We told them we wanted assistance with setting up a registry and they asked us to wait so they could get through the line of people (even though we had waited in line), then they just ignored us where we were waiting. We asked someone else something and they just kind of brushed us off. Horrified for PB that this is how their brand is being represented. Definitely will not be visiting this store again. We really enjoyed our visit to Crate and Barrell in the Chestnut Hill mall, where we decided to set up our registry instead.

Garbage almost 100% made in China or India. Why go to Pottery Barn when you can buy the same quality at Ikea at a fraction of the price. The lighting in the store is great, which is a good thing because it covers a multitude of ugly.

So disappointed in the four embroidered beach towels I recently purchased. I was expecting the Pottery Barn quality I have received in the past but instead got towels with the same quality as the Christmas Tree Shop.
