My boyfriend and I bought a BMW from them. They seemed like really nice people. He was flexible and willing to negotiate to gain our business. Getting all the paperwork done was fast and easy. However, I think their customer service experience can be improved by doing very little things. We had asked them to please make sure the car was cleaned at the time of delivery and also for them to get a inspection sticker. (Which wasnt included in the cars price, but we were willing to give them the $35 at the time of delivery.) Just a tip for them, to make sure car is clean, registered, and inspected at the time of delivery can really set you guys to be 5 stars. Overall, good experience, just wished the car was delivered to us as we had agreed.

We were needing something with good fuel economy and 4 wheel drive. Leandro researched the possibilities and showed to us the options that he had in his inventory. Leandro was very friendly, upfront and honest throughout the entire process. He was very professional, polite and worked with us to get the exact vehicle we wanted and that fit in our budget so my wife and I bought a used 2008 BMW X3 from Leandro at the Advanced Auto Sales. We had a very good buying experience at Advanced Auto Sales and would recommend that anyone wanting to buy a car or truck to check first with Leandro. He will take good care of you and wont be pushy or try to upsell you. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I love my new car from Advanced Auto Sales Tewksbury. We went there to find my first car and they werent pushy. We were able to look at many different cars at different price ranges and find the one that fit my needs. I have a certified 2008 Ford Fusion that I just got less than a week ago. It is driving very well, no issues so far. Before I got it they even replaced the brakes and windshield wipers. They are very easy to work with, no hassle involved. And overall I had a great experience working with them getting my first car.

amazing customer service, this was my first car i financed and they walked me through the whole thing. they where able to get me a great interest rate on the car i was purchasing, all while explaining everything to me along the way. They went to the bank with me and have in house registry! i was able to drive the car away that day without any worries. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a smooth and easy car buying experience. I went there looking for a car, unfortunately the car was sold it, looking in the dealership lot, I saw something that caught my eyes, then ask to take to my mechanic for an inspection.The car checked out as stated and we ended up buying the car. Very helpful and friendly staff, they take their time to answer any question you might have about the car your about to get. they helped me with everything and even stayed after store hours to do paperwork. Advanced auto sales is the best dealership to visit trying to get a car. I got my Lexus Is 250 from them its one of the best decisions Ive made this year.

I must say after paying 7,999 for a 06 maxima,thats worth $4500 and the down payment didnt even come off the balance so far to say that jimmy made a few bucks! Right off jump there was issues replaced belt,car was dying out fixed that ,MAF sensor went fixed that,now the timing chain $$$$, had car 5 mths its been there almost every month since

I have purchased 3 vehicles over the years from Advanced Auto Sales and they provide super service. They are no pressure kind of guys. They dont hover over you but are there when you have a question. Rude owner bad cars Certified vehicle not passing initial inspection and 3 issues in 45 days 2 major one of witch was a bearing that I was told its just the new tires sound. Be careful and have a outside mechanic check the vehicle before you even think about buying from here
