If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. After what has transpired yesterday (08/10/17). Heres the story. My wife leased a 2018 Equinox a few weeks ago. Our salesman was Jimmy. The first portion went really well and smooth. We test drove the car, went back and forth a little, and agreed on a deal. It was late in the day and we were told.to come back that Saturday and fill out all the paper work with the finance department. After we finished that, Jimmy came out and told us that the car would be ready on Monday and he promised he would have us in and out quickly because he didnt want to keep us hanging around at the dealership. All well and good. That Monday comes around and we were asked to be at the dealership at 3pm. We get there, we were greeted and we had to wait. My wife and I have a 3 month old and we planned (fed and changed her) according to what we were told about how quickly we would be in the car and on our way.It took about 2-2.5 hours to finally see the car, let alone get in it. There was a small hiccup in the supplier pricing we were supposed to get and what should have been a 10 minute solution turned into a 45 minute fiasco. Whats worse is people who came in AFTER we did were getting helped by Jimmy, one even drove off the lot in his new car. So, as any parent can understand, the baby started to get fussy and started crying. Which led to my wife getting stressed out. At about 5:30 we finally drove off the lot with the car. 2-2.5 hours to deliver a car is too long for one person by themselves, nevermind a couple with an infant. Needless to say we were upset about the wait. A couple of days later my wife received a survey about her experience. She filled it out, HONESTLY, and she gave them a 4 on a ten scale on some of the questions. Yesterday, while she was at work, Jimmy called her and asked "whats with the bad review?" Taken aback, and not expecting a phone call like this to happen, she explained herself. She explained, even though this individual had NO RIGHT to demand an explanation, that she was unhappy about being put on the back burner. Jimmy replied to this with "what do you want me to do, put you guys ahead of everyone else?". He also decided it was important to say "you costed me my bonus for the month". My wife is a first time mom who just went back to work after 3 months off. So on top of playing 3 months worth of catch up, shes getting use to not being home with our daughter. She was on the verge of tears when she called me to let me know what happened. So, naturally I called the dealership and spoke to the General Manager about this and he said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. When he called me back he blamed my wifes reaction on the fact that everything was said through a phone call and not in person and the absence of body language caused her to read the situation wrong. He also went to bat for the salesman, which I expected, but he called him things like prideful, a great guy, and a guy with a great heart. He also said that he spent time working for the prison system so he can come off a bit direct. He also said that bonuses are not an area of importance to their employees because the bonuses are based off of how the dealership is doing and not reflective of individual sales. When I asked why he would mention a bonus if its so unimportant, he replied with "I dont know maybe it was a moment of weakness". I wanted answers and got excuses and a pathetic attempt at reasoning for why this man called my wife at work to harass her. Maybe its because shes a woman. All I know is that this is the most unprofessional and unacceptable way to treat someone who just bought a car. Someone who was polite and friendly with them the whole way through even through the bad experience and in the face of attempted intimidation over the phone. We deserve better, my wife deserves better and deserves more than excuses and for this kind of treatment.

Its pretty much what I expected out of an "average" dealership. I purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The salesman I dealt with was Steve Stempien. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly and went through all my options in a fairly good manner. What I did not like about the dealership is the way the "back and fourth" of trying to make a deal went down. I didnt like how I was left to sit in the lobby while Steve went into his managers office 15 feet away to talk about what I was proposing. It seemed to me like I wasnt good enough to be in the office to talk about all the options with Steve and his manager. Poor business in my opinion. The manager could have at least introduced himself to me and talked with me with what Steve couldnt. I witnessed other people in the office at the time laughing and having a good ole time while I was sitting there in the middle of making a deal. I over heard talking about weekends, women, and friends. Again, unprofessional and poor business. I was very dissatisfied with the option they were giving me for my trade in. They were unwilling to budge at any kind of reasonable negotiation I was proposing. Joe, the financial gentleman I spoke with was very professional and went through all my options at the signing. Overall, an average to slightly below average experience for me. The truck, is great and Im very happy with it, and overall happy with the deal we came too. I think things during the process could have been handled a lot better from the management side. Again, just my opinion. I would recommend Steve S. to any of my friends for a salesman.

I will NEVER go back! So for starters the vehicle was purchased here and was given free oil changes for life, we had no problems for a while until I had to deal with Gary. So We were getting full synthetic oil changes in our 02 Town Car, well this time around they wouldnt give us the full synthetic after like three years of running Full synthetic typical of GM always trying to find a cheap way out just like the ignition switch scandal... but moving on.. after an argument with Gary I still did not receive my full synthetic oil and HAD to accept that. I then went on to ask that they use a Motorcraft oil filter FL820S because they are specially designed to keep oil pressure so that the timing chain tensioners do not fail. Now before you say "well this is a GM dealer" I usually bring my own filter for them but ran short on time this time and requested that they get it for me which iv done before and they did since they are $3.99 at Autozone. But needless to say they did not this time & they put a cheap STP filter on it which does not have the anti drain back valve that it needs to maintain oil pressure! & then to top it all off they put 5W-30 oil IN IT! It clearly states on the oil cap 5W-20 only & again this is because this particular motor will have timing tensioner & catalytic converter issues with heavier oil types... I am very disappointed with this dealer and will never recommend them or go back!! They got what they wanted, they wanted me gone & it worked
