About a month and a half ago, I decided to purchase my very first (semi) brand new car. At 25, this was my first large investment and purchase, and I researched for months before finally reaching out to any dealerships or even test driving any vehicles. I was on a mobile device looking at the enterprise dealership used inventory and came across a 2011 Dodge Avenger that was really peaking my interest. Hilariously enough, my mobile browser accidentally submitted my request for more information about 30 times, so immediately I got a phone call from Joe S. and he said I must be excited to come test drive a car. We made arrangements the next day for me to go in and finally take a look. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist and then out came Joe. He was exactly the kind of guy I needed for this process. No bull, straight to the point, the goal was to make me happy, as he could tell I was extremely nervous. He decided and convinced me that I needed to look at a 2012 model, because it was newer and it was only 1K more than I was already looking at, which was still well under my goal range. (15K). The car was beautiful, we test drove it but I was still unsure. I decided to call my mom down for her to take a look at the car and see what she thought. I told Joe, if he could make my mom happy too, then he had sold me. Turns out, there was another 2012 Dodge Avenger in the lot same color with 2K less miles on it, and it was in better condition with not a scratch or ding. We test drove that with my mother, and I fell in love instantly. Joe made my mom so happy, pointing out the safety features of the car, and the warranty and explaining all the benefits, etc. My mom loved Joe, A+ seal of approval. When we got back from the drive, they started to run the numbers, this was the crucial part. My nerves were at an all time high. Joe came in during the wait and said "whats your goal range Danielle?" I answered, about $120/mo because I had a sizeable down payment and didnt want to take much of a payment monthly. He said "I think youre gonna be VERY happy" and left. A few minutes later, he was searching for the keys of the second car that we test drove. I ended up putting that key in my pocket without even thinking about it. Joe said, "look at that, the other car, you put the keys on the table, this one you put in your pocket, this is your car kid, this is your car." I was finally smiling and laughing. The finance process went along smoothly and I picked up the car the next day at 10AM. I signed the papers and drove off and had my first night out on the town with the car that I had named "Delilah." That night, I hit a pot hole and got a flat tire. (You always gotta get the first problem right out of the way right?) Well I called Joe in tears the next day and he calmly said, "you are my customer, you are taken care of, go to this service station and get it taken care of, and please smile!" The car was fixed within the hour. The level of customer service I have received from Enterprise was above and beyond my expectations, and I know who I am going back to in 4 years when I want to trade in the car for a new one. If you ever see this Joe, I want to thank you personally for all you did for me. The car has made my life so stress free and easy since I purchased it. It makes me happy everyday. Even today, the brakes were a little squeaky, Enterprise sent me back to the service station and put new brakes on it for nothing. The car is now in 100% perfect condition. I was astonished. I feel very taken care of and very satisfied overall with my decision to not only buy that car, but to go through Enterprise Car Sales. I hope my experiences inspires someone else to go there, they were awesome! Go see Joe!

A solid 3 star and heres why: Pro + HUGE SAVINGS I saved about 4-5k buying used through Enterprise vs. a dealer. It was worth jumping through a few hoops (ok customer service, relatively slow service, and relative lack of attention to those details that count when you buy a used car) to save this amount of $$. + Car is in overall great condition Cons - Customer Service I told them I wouldnt be financing through Enterprise and would not be getting an additional warranty (car had 12k miles and came with manufacturers in addition to Enterprise standard 1 year powertrain) which essentially rendered them uninterested in the sale and in me. They fell off the map for communication and any communication around "out the door cost," etc. needed to happen—as they put it— “in person” because they do not discuss finances over the phone. It was a hassle and they finally gave in to give me the out the door costs, but they were playing games and it was frustrating to deal with. - Slow Service I came in on a Monday (Day 1), put down $1000 and paid $289 for the car to be shipped from Jersey by Metrogystics. I followed up with Metrogystics on Wednesday (Day 3) and they had no record of the pickup order being placed. I dont believe Metrogystics received the order until Thursday (Day 4) and the car was picked up from Jersey the following Monday (Day 7), arrived at this Enterprise on Wednesday (Day 9). I picked up the car for purchase Friday (Day 11). I think it came down to Enterprise forgetting to place the order. But again, if I hadnt been on top of it, Im not sure when Metrogystics would have received the order. - Details The detailing on the car was fine, but not great...they gave it to me with a little under a half tank of gas, windshield wipers werent new and the rear wiper already needs to be replaced, crumbs in cup holder, found Jehovahs Witness pamphlets under the passenger seat (!), etc. The guys who work here arent bad guys by any means and were nice to me in person, free coffee, gave me some local pizza tips, and got the deal done quick once the car was in lot and did it on a Friday night during a snowstorm when I’m sure they wanted to get home. Again, for these kinds of savings, I can deal with some hassle and lack of attentive service, especially knowing that they werent really *making* anything off the deal. Bottom line: Id buy a car from them again, but Ill go into it knowing its not going to be a super easy process and allot myself at least 7 to 14 days for the process if the car is coming from out of state and probably longer if it’s coming from more than 3 neighboring states away.

Iwas looking for a car and my cousin told me about his job that they sell cars i was confused at the moment but when he told me to call up at Enterprise car sales i did i got a sale person name Don i spoke to him and i told him what I was looking for he gave me 2 car to pick from on the phone my mom was listening to what he was saying now my mom is 80 years old she liked the way he spoke on the phone she liked the why he had his customer service on the phone my mom daid right away go see the car i want you to go get the second choice the car was gary he said and that is what he said and i made a appointment for the next day. I got there and meet Mr Don he is a awesome person my brother and I have got along with Mr Don we stayed in his office for 4 hours but it was worth it because i came to now Mr Don wife family and not just that Mr Don is avery outgoing person he showed me the Nissan Rogue and i test drive it and there it is that was the one i wanted it he was right this suv was for me my mom and I and my brother was happy to have Mr Don as a sales person i will recommend any one to go here for anything allso his coworker Eddie (crazy eddy) sorry but i put that name on him he is another sale person that is very great to he made my day and very helpful when I came in we love this place we will definitely come back and let everyone know about this. NICK is a very helpful person to he will solve all the problems that you have i realy give all the thanks for the 3 gentlemans that gave me there time to get this vehicle.
