It was a great experience at Route 110 Auto in Dracut Ma. Louis was exceptional sales person. He understood what I wanted asked all the relevant questions and found some excellent cars available on the lot. He was informative and had a very well knowledge about the cars and the options that they had. I have always seen car buying as a very stressful experience but I would like to thank Louis for making the car buying experience fantastic and enjoyable. Also Michael was fantastic while doing the finances on the car and he had excellent knowledge about various combinations of loan terms and warranty options. He has a vivid personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having worked in finance before I was very apprehensive when I first started the deal but as I spoke with Michael, I was assured the deal had a lot of customer benefit. He was very excellent in showing me the exact numbers and was very patient with me. I am very pleased with this dealership and I will be back in the near future for my next purchase. Let me just say DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! they sold me a car with a messed up transmission. At first the car would hesitate and jump in reverse..so I took it back after a month, they told me it was fine, me being gullible, I trusted their word. They turned me away. Now few months later the car is absolute junk and not drivable. I didnt even have the car for a year yet and the transmission is completely gone. When I addressed this to the owner he was completely rude to me about it and basically called me a liar. He did not want to take responsibility. These people are complete scam artist selling junk boxes. I dont know why they are still in buisness because I know people that purchased cars here with the same problem as me. Please people do not purchase your next car here !

Do not go here. I went to buy my first car early last fall, a 2003 celica. Thought I was getting a reasonable price, but was hit with a 21% rate on the loan to pay off the rest of the car. I can deal with that but it has been 7 months and Ive already had to pay $1800 to fix the transmission on my car. Not only that, but the mechanic fixing my transmission informed me that the engine had already replaced and that the mileage on the odometer is incorrect. The dealer priced the car based on the miles on the odometer and neglected to inform me that the cars engine was not original. Im posting this to try and save any potential buyers from the same fate, because I have had a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience with this dealership.

I have been in the search market for a used car for my daughter for the past 4 months. I recently found a vehicle that would meet all of our requirements including safety, features, condition and price. After narrowing our search I then found the same vehicle at Route 110 Auto in Dracut Ma. I called in advance and upon arrival we were introduced to a man named Louis. Louis showed us two vehicles and placed them side by side for a true comparison. After making our decision Louis then made the entire sales process very easy and comfortable. I waited over a year to write a review to make sure that the used car we got from Route 110 Auto was a good deal. It was. We got an excellent Honda Pilot from them. Even though it was a slightly older model, the interior was near new and the engine was in great shape. It’s been a very reliable family car for us, it gives a great ride and we’ve had a lot of enjoyable road trips with it. Michael was very fair and reasonable to deal with on the price and trade-in, and their process was easy. Would highly recommend them if they have the car youre looking for.

Do not go here. All of the good reviews on here were clearly written by Route 110 Auto themselves. All they sell are lemons, and as a mechanic Im shocked they are still in business. STAY AWAY.
