Inam Islam was my sales consultant. At first looking at Inam, I was undecided as to continue in a conversation with him, seeing he was so young. I figure well let me give him a chance, seeing there were others I could go too if I wasnt comfortable with his knowledge and conversation regarding any of the vehicles I was interested in. As we continued Inam asked what I was looking for in a car, I explained exactly what I wanted and a price range. I had gone by a few days prior and looked at different vehicles while the lot was closed. So when I spoke with Inam I had him look at thee 2016 Jeep Cherokee I had an interest in. Inam told me all about the Jeep he was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. We took the Jeep out for a ride during the ride Inam continued to talk with me about the different features the Jeep had to offer. He also demonstrated the features. I was very impressed as to how much knowledge and how personable he was. (seeing my first impression was hes so young) Inam taught me a lot about the Jeep at the end of the ride he had won me over and I was comfortable with him. He was intelligent knowledgeable and most of all customer friendly and a pleasure to do my business with. At the end of the day he sold me the Jeep and I am ecstatic with my new Jeep. I have been back to the dealership to speak with Inam about a few thing regarding the Jeep he again came right out and addressed all my needs and concerns with professionalism and dedication to satisfy me. As the slogan says "You will be satisfied" Inam models himself after that slogan. I would definitely do business with him in the future. In my opinion he is a asset to the Tasca family and a asset to the team in Seekonk MA.

I wrote a review previously but this is a follow up. You can also see it on Yelp. I am writing a follow up to my previous review. I still have nothing good to say about this dealership. At first I thought it was just the dealership located in Seekonk. Now I fully believe that their entire organization operates the same way that Seekonk dealership did. Ford dealership that says"you will be satisfied", that is the furthest thing from the truth. If you read my earlier review you saw that I reached out to them and got nothing but hassles. They tried to blame the problems that occurred on previous work. Both the Sales Manager and the General Manger James Teague were condescending and hostile. As a result I reached out to Carl Tasca and of course I received no response. I guess that is how they handle their business. I wound up filing a complaint with the District Attorney. They have a special unit that deals with dealer complaints. Today I received a letter from the DAs office stating that they tried to contact the Dealership and to no surprise they too received no response. They are going to continue their investigation. Hopefully this leads to a favorable result. I cannot stress enough, there is absolutely no reason anyone should consider this company of crooks. Shop around, drive a little further, whatever you can to avoid dealing with a company that doesnt care at all about there customers and will, without a doubt end in you DISSATISFACTION.

Louis Arias has been great! I came to this location after an extremely frustrating, waste of a whole afternoon at the Tasca in Cranston. I came explaining "I want to leave with a new vehicle today attitude" and was given the run around in Cranston. Later that afternoon, I took a quick trip to the Tasca in Seekonk (much closer to home) and was greeted immediately by Louis. He picked up that I was frustrated with my experience earlier in the day and apologized on behalf of the company and asked how he could make it better. He did not give me the typical used car sales man verbiage, he kept it straight forward and worked with my personality. (good sales skills) From beginning to end Louis kept in contact with me and was able to quickly get me into the new lease with exactly what I was looking for. I am new to leasing so I was a little hesitant, however, he took the time to explain and to ensure I knew exactly to what I was getting into. I truly appreciate the time and patience that Louis shared as I can be difficult at times and I have to say I will definitely be a returning customer to the Seekonk Tasca and will work with him again. Overall my experience in Seekonk has to be one of the best in purchasing/leasing.

I absolutely loved my experience at Tasca, Seekonk, MA. I am especially pleased and (now thanking God) that I got one of the best car salesmen I have ever seen, Inam. Inam was extremely professional, kind, and took his time with me. I am a graduate student who is on an extremely tight budget. All my paychecks go directly to pay my tuition, so when my car broke down, and I was facing the prospect of either wasting money on a car that would eventually go to the junkyard or investing money on a new car which will go on in the long run, I opted for the later option. As expected, I walked into Tasca anxious and nervous but Inam took care of me. I told him my circumstances and he listened patiently. I walked in with no expectations and thought I will just get the cheapest car available! But Inam explained everything to me, found me a car that was within my budget and one that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. I probably asked Inam a whole lists of question but he was always patient with me, never rushed me and got me the best car and best deal ever. See my beautiful car in the pictures :) It has a keyless entry, keypad entry, button start engine, and so much more. Thank you, Tasca, and especially thank you, Inam.

These people really try to work with you by saving you money and time. Nick Cash has been so helpful in trying to pick out the perfect car for me since October 2016. He knows every car he has shown me inside and out very knowledgeable easy to work with I highly recommend Nick as a sales rep for anyone who wishes to purchase a car from this dealer he goes out of his way to please you, but most importantly the knowledge incredible on every type of car over there he does his best to give you the best price for the vehicle you wish to purchase. I finally ended up purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus ST If anyone is wondering what ST stand for it is ( Sport Technologys ) Nick has gone out of his way to get me the owners manual plus the supplement and the case that they come in. It took him just two weeks to gather all of the documents that I need. Like I said Nick goes out of his way and he does not forget about you and your needs. If I could give him 10 stars I would! I had such an amazing experience with the employees here! I came in with my dad looking at my dream car (Nissan Rogue) and met Gary Connors who was spectacular. He was easy to be around, not giving any of that salesman pressure. He made me feel comfortable to ask questions and point out anything. He also was able to describe everything about the vehicle and answer any questions I had, including filling out the paperwork. As a young woman with not much credit and an okay amount to put down in cash, they really worked with me to get me the car that I have been dreaming of! When we walked into finance, everything went smoothly and I felt very knowledgeable about everything I signed as well as learned alot about the Tasca way and just car buying as a whole. I was able to take my dream car off the lot that day and best of all have an amazing place to come back to for service. Needless to say, YOU WILL BE SATISFIED if you come to this location!
