I purchased my truck through Auto Mart in March 2015. The purchasing experience was no-nonsense and quick. My salesperson, Don, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner Jim personally greeted me when I took delivery and thanked me for my business. I left with my new truck with a very positive experience. It wasnt until this past week where the truck required a mechanical repair. It was there that I experienced their service department. Chris is service is outstanding - he took care to make sure the problem was diagnosed quickly, and did all the necessary paperwork to process the repair through my extended warranty company (which I highly recommend). In fact, Chris went above and beyond by finding shortcuts from a previous service I had performed at another garage and fixed those issues before they became bigger problems. Chris kept me informed on the status of the repairs and everything was completed on time. The truck runs like a top again, and they even washed the exterior before giving it back to me! On top of that the owner Jim was there again to thank me for my business. The personalized service I noted above is the reason why I will return to Auto Mart for any future sales and service needs, and why I highly recommend Auto Mart to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and high-quality customer service.

My experience with Pete and AutoMart was exceptional. I live in Mass and my 17 son has wanted to use his own money to buy a Suburu WRX and he found one online at Automart. We drove the vehicle and decided to buy. The price was reasonable and the condition of the vehicle was very good. I am an educated consumer and know the laws in NH are not as comsumer friendly as in other states but nonetheless, my son purchased the car. Pete was friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, listened to me and my sons concerns, needs etc. The car had an issue, which was not an issue that was easily noticed, nor found and Pete went above and beyond in trying to help us find and fix this issue even though he had no lawful reason to do so. My son paid for the fix out of his own pocket and without giving out too much info, he was more than stunned at the gesture Pete and Automart made to him after we made him aware of the issue, again not having to do anything with, or for him. Pete was always available when we called and always called back with an answer when we needed one. You cant please all of the people all of the time and when you buy a used car, you should be aware of what youre buying but I wouldnt hesitate to refer a friend, family member etc, to Pete and Automart to buy a used car. Our experience was very pleasurable

I rarely write reviews but these guys earned it. I can think of little I like less than car shopping but it was time to replace my old van and I wanted a pickup truck. For 2 months I researched daily, visited lots near my home in Mass. and basically found overpriced trucks in good shape or reasonable trucks with problems not always obvious in the ads or in casual inspection. Then I found 2 trucks I liked on their website and decided based on the reviews to make the trip. I had nothing to loose so I was honest with Frank in sales about my trade and my budget because I only wanted to pay cash. With no pressure but a lot of straightforward discussion I bought a 2003 F-150 that was in better condition than trucks half its age. They checked it out, replaced the brakes and tires and delivered exactly what was advertised at a fair price. Ive never purchased from anyone other than a new car dealer before, so just to be sure this truck was not too good to be true I had my local shop inspect it today. They recommended an oil change and air filter but otherwise said it is in GREAT condition. If you are looking for a hand selected used truck keep you eye on their website. Im very satisfied!

Two years ago, I purchased a lemon (chevy Blazer) from Automart. The second day I had it, it broke down in my drive way. They came and "fixed it" then it happened two days later. They put in a new part (alternater) and it worked, for a little while. My boyfriend has had to put so much work into the car and it never will pass inspection. Right now, Its not even on the road, and we are still paying 90 dollars a week for the piece of crap that we cant even drive. I called them today, they said bring it down well see whats wrong with it.I said... I cant even get it on the road! They had been nothing but rude to me until now, so hopefully they will do something...if they care about their business. To top things off, we went online, got the Carfax, and found out it has had 36 reports and 15 accidents... I cant believe anyone in their right mind would sell someone a truck like that, convienently not telling me ALL the problems it had when I bought the thing. If your thinking about buying a truck or car here, DONT.

Complete losers here. Bought a car here a while ago. Needed rear brakes, and worked it out with the salescum that they would replace it before I took delivery. Well, after a severe pulsation, I noticed that the surface of the rotors were rusty, looking like it was from sitting for a while, and low and behold, they were never replaced. Had to drive all the way back there from lowell, then drop it off for the day, to have them take care of it. Literally right after the 30 day warranty was up, the clutch went. I called them to see what was up, and basically got blamed for it. Salescum and owner wouldnt own up to it being a lemon. These guys are crooks, and cowards, completely spineless; btw watch out when they put your vehicle back together, because nobody that works there has any nuts!

Purchased an older Corvette here and was not told about any of the issues it had. The entire cowl under the windshield was completely rotted out. The windows barely rolled up and down, a/c didnt work, t-tops leaked badly, and carpet padding was moldy. The car needed extensive work including a full exhaust system, rear rotors, calipers, and brake pads, 2 rear tires, control arm bushings, and outer tie rods to pass state inspection. I realize I purchased a used car but paid the full price they were asking and it was not cheap. And yes this was purchased from you, perhaps your records are incomplete. This vehicle cost me a lot to have fixed and why would it matter when I purchased the vehicle? How would that change the fact that the vehicle had major deficiencies at time of purchase?

I bought a beautiful 1 owner 2005 GMC Sierra Denali in 2015. One of the better vehicle buying experiences Ive had. Well priced high quality trucks for sale here. Fast forward to Feb. 2017, the truck needed some maintenance after some issues with supplies and improper installation from another mechanic, I brought the truck to Chris in the service dept. who not only fixed it but fixed the other guys hack job and washed the truck for short money. THESE GUYS GOT ME OUT OF A JAM! ...and quickly. Buy and service your vehicle at used car auto mart. You wont be disappointed!
