I am always wary going into the car-buying process, but my husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with the Landes family. This is a true family-owned business who pride themselves on being honest. They have a really great inventory and the environment is friendly and laid back. We felt no pressure at any time, which is a first for me! Negotiating a price on the Volvo I purchased was not stressful at all, and Brent was very up front with us about every detail of the transaction. He made sure we made as informed a decision as possible. The purchase happened quickly and efficiently with no issues. Any time we had a question via email or over the phone, they always got back to us with answers right away. The car itself is great, very reliable, My husband manages an auto parts store, and when he went over the vehicle after we got it home, he was impressed with all the work that had been done. I highly recommend this dealer!

A great car-buying experience from start to finish! I went to Landes because they had four different used Subarus in stock that I was interested in. Kyles low-key and helpful approach was a refreshing change from the high-pressure tactics of salesmen on the automile in Norwood. Their cars are in excellent condition, clean and a fair value. Kyle offered me a fair trade-in price for my used Subaru and we quickly came to an agreement on the car I wanted. A few days later I picked up my freshly waxed and detailed Outback. It runs great and I love it! Five stars all around, you wont find a better used car dealer.

Best Dealership Ive ever been to. hands down. Brent and Adam are real people not stuffy old men or just a couple of guys looking to make a quick buck selling you a piece of crap car. They were excellent salesmen that will work hard to get you the best deal possible. Fair prices, top notch customer service and Bill the mechanic guy is a expert in his field. Warm atmosphere unlike other dealerships. Cant recommend this place enough. If your looking for a good, quality automobile at a good price then go here. Makes me wanna sell the car i just bought from them just to go back there!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. Kyle is extremely helpful and understanding. Not only did he work with me on the price to get the car I wanted, but also took care of all issues with the car no questions asked. When I brought up a concern they took care of it no arguing, no negotiating price or payment just done. When they did the work on it, it was always at my convenience. I have never had this kind of experience with a dealership before they have my business for life. I would recommend them to anyone.

Trustworthy dealer. I felt comfortable with Landes throughout the entire car buying process. I am very happy with my 2009 Jeep Liberty Sport. I was told by my mechanic who looked the car over that I got lucky with this car. Great car at a phenomenal price. They also repaired some very, very minor issues I came across, no charge. Bought my 2008 Liberty from them a year and a half/ 25,000 miles ago. It was a great, no pressure buying experience and the staff went the extra mile to help me get into the Jeep ASAP. The Jeep is still going strong today with no issues. Id definitely recommend this dealership and will definitely buy from them in the future.
