My fiancée went to Kenneth Jon to reset my engagement ring--bad idea!! It had been a brand new solitaire diamond ring in platinum, but when it came back, there were two symmetrical, highly visible indentations on each shoulder of the ring. We went back to show this to the owner, but he denied any wrong doing. He said that he outsourced this kind of job. He also said that we did not have anything to prove that the indentations had not been there, since we did not have a picture of the ring just before giving it to him. This was true, but how absurd! Maybe I was naive, but I never had heard such excuse before. We did not take extra precocious because he came recommended, and we trusted his service. The owner neither refunded the service fee nor offered to fix the problem. My fiancée and I were extremely disappointed, and we would never ever go back to this store. (I just noticed that there were 8 filtered reviews on Yelp about this merchant--I wish that I had read them before choosing Kenneth Jon.)
