We have known Alies Jewelers for over 25 years. They have always been able to help us with any occasion. I was looking for just the right ring for my wife. She has a signet ring from her fathers family. What she actually had was a mold for the family "Shield". We first asked Leo what he could do to help us. After much "digging", Leo found just the right place to have the ring made (with the right size) for my wife. The ring was, and still is, beautiful! Perfect in every way. I still am thankful for the time Leo put into making sure we had just right ring. If you need something simple or something complex Alies is the place to go. Alies even has those nice little, special, things that say " I love you" for any occasion! I highly recommend Alies.. They will be our Jeweler for many generations as well as our friends. Thank you Leo and Martha for helping us find the right gifts for all occasions. I wish every business we work with would be like Alies; kind, thoughtful, friendly and honest. While the staff was friendly and helpful when I was in the market to purchase a piece of jewelry, the same cannot be said if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. I was led to believe that if I was not satisfied, they would work to do what it takes to make me a happy customer. Martha assured me she would call me back one afternoon, "I promise", but did not. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited 2 days before calling back. Then she was full of excuses of why she did not call. After debating on the phone with me about why I should be happy with my purchse, she said shed talk to Leo about it and get back to me. Yep! You guessed it - NOTHING! NO RETURN PHONECALL. Extremely unprofessional Martha!

we buy all of our jewelry here, the quality is unsurpassed, I have friends who have bought from name brand stores and the stuff has fallen apart, they bring it to Leo at alie jewelers and it lasts forever. Highly recommend, you will not be dissapointed.

Great Store, good repair service, she should move to the miracle mile, maybe the Hannoush Building if it opens up.
