I had a bad experience with 2 jewelers in Dover and almost lost the diamond from my engagement ring.....twice !! After somewhat sloppy work by both places and the problem still persisting, I decided to try Jewelry Creations. Not only was the salesperson (Laura) very knowledgeable and helpful, but one of the jewelers (Tom) came out and spent 10-15 minutes with us as well. He explained why the problem persisted, gave me options for how he could fix it, showed me the "bad" spots with the loop, and he answered all of my & my husbands questions. It took them less than a week to pull my rings apart, put on a brand new "head" and reset the diamond, then solder them back together again. The ring not only looks beautiful but Im confident that its been fixed properly and I dont have to worry about losing the diamond. I can even see the difference in quality of work just where the ring were soldered together. I wish I had started with them and avoided the aggravation and cost of having 2 other jewelers let me down. I highly recommend Jewelry Creations based on this experience !!

It was my first time going to this store and my youngest daughter (shes 2) and I decided to do a little Christmas shopping. Upon entering only one employee looked up to acknowledge our presence, we then walked over to the pandora, knowing exactly what we wanted and waited for 20 minutes, i find it to be hard to believe that no one else noticed we were there. After watching 2 other customers get waited on, that came in after us, i politely went to the counter to ask if thats where i go to get helped and the lady kind of rudely said "no, i was helping other customers." I then explained i had been waiting and she helped 2 others that came after. She then said she would be right over, the original employee that acknowledged our presence came over to help us. We got what i wanted and we got lots of attention after making a purchase, not sure how much i will use them in the future! Beautiful jewelery though, just a disappointing trip.

Jewelry Creations is our "Go-To" jewelry spot! It truly is a small down Tiffanys! My husband shops there for me often, and because we live a little distance from the store he calls ahead first to make sure they have what hes looking for (they ALWAYS do). The staff is so accommodating to whatever silly thing he requests, and more friendly then anywhere weve ever been. The last time he bought be a bracelet there, the woman he spoke to on the phone wrapped the box beautifully for him without having to be asked. You can tell that everyone that works there, wants to be there to help you find that perfect piece! The inventory is amazing, besides having a lot to choose from, they have a selection that is unlike most chain stores. You can tell that every piece is hand selected. Their jewelry is gorgeous! I adore jewelry and have dragged him into every jewelry store weve passed, this is the only store he has returned to on his own!!

Highly recommended!! I first started shopping here looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend, the sales people were always very friendly and accommodating in regards to my budget and financing. I had such a great experience here that I went back and bought my girlfriend her engagement ring from Jewelry Creations. Talking to the sales staff i never felt pressure to buy something i didnt want or couldnt afford, they were very respectful of my budget and helped me find a truly special piece for my special someone. I was also very impressed with the knowledge the sales staff had with how different pieces of jewelry differed from other pieces. Highly recommended! I walked into this place about a year ago and got a wonderful feeling from it, so much so that when it came time to get an engagement ring, I went back, even though its over an hour from where I live (Boston). Its both classy and homey, with a great group of salespeople. I worked with the wacky and wonderful Laura Ladd, who worked tirelessly with me as I designed the ring. She made sure it was all done on time, and my fiancee loved the final result! The owners are amazing people, too, and always willing to give the extra touch that you wouldnt find in "big city" jewelers. This is the place!

My fiancé bought me the most beautiful, exquisite engagement ring from Jewelry Creations! Every time I took it in to have it cleaned everyone in the store was extremely helpful and friendly, and even knew my name! They were also very knowledgeable when it came to showing me a band to choose that would match my unique ring perfectly. Jewelry Creations also has amazing watches and a bevy of other jewelry to fit any individuals taste and desire. Every day I walk to downtown Dover with my son, Jack. About once a week, we visit Jewelry Creations. Jack plays with Rangely (the cutest, calmest shop dog) while I update my "wishlist." Emily, my favorite salesperson, knows my taste so well, she calls when new things come in that might be up my ally. She keeps track of what I collect, what my dad buys for my mom, what style my best friend Melissa has... Jewelry Creations carries such a range of options; it makes gift shopping easy for all of us. We love the people, the jewelry, and love shopping in local Dover.

I recently went in after having a bad experience with another jewelry store. Everyone was very sympathetic towards my situation and very happy to help. I dropped a ring off to be sized and was told it would be 2 weeks but probably less. The next day I received a phone call from them and my ring was ready for me. Talk about customer service! I will never shop from another store. JC is now my first, last and only stop for new jewelry, fixing, cleaning and just amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to have two watches batteries replaced and had them look at a loose stone in my girlfriends ring that her grandmother gave her. It was right before x-mas so the place was mobbed but even still we were asked if we needed help almost right as we entered the store. They replaced the batteries in no time and fixed my girlfriends ring as well as cleaned it for her. Theyre service was great and the people in the store were very friendly.
