We had always shopped at places like Tiffany and Co. or the other big chains prior to moving near Dover. I would now never go back to that after shopping at Naser. My husband found Naser and we were amazed from the first trip. For everything from repairs to cleaning and new purchases the ladies on the counter at Naser are fantastic. They treat every customer like family. They have a kids corner (!!!) with large TV and Disney movies, a fridge with cold drinks for customers and gift bags for everyone. The collections are highly unique, you can find a one-of-a-kind piece here. The prices are also wonderful, something for every price range. Really we can rave enough about this store and we are fanatical fans of Naser.

All of their staff are extremely helpful, respectful and patient. Especially for people as picky as me. They have amazing customer service skills and jeweler taste! Its hard to find an honest and loyal company but they have it all. My husband is military and they are very accommodating to repairs and and cleanings. When I send them my rings, they replate it at an affordable price, clean them and send them priority as soon as it is done.

Great Store, wish they would remodel this location as it is very convenient for me and has easy parking. Went to their mall store, very posh. They must want Dover to have more of a rural country look. Melinda is friendly and very knowledgeable.
