I wanted to get two pendants engraved. No other jewelry store would engrave them, because I purchased them from a private vendor. Harts Jewelers was the ONLY place I could find that would engrave them. The staff members were very thoughtful and personable, and even made sure the engravings would not damage the pendants. They do the engravings in-house, and were done within a couple of days. They did a beautiful job. They also have a great selection of Vera Bradley items, other jewelry, and all at great prices. Harts Jewelers is now my primary jewelry store. I cant recommend them highly enough!!!

Horrible place if u want to trade ur gold for cash. The guy there wich is prob the owner offered me 32dollars for my diamond pendenets. Left there went to my jewler an got 180! Will never deal with this joke again!
