I walked into the Salem, MA store yesterday, asked the 2 clerks if they would ming taking a look at the adapter I have on my car to determine which trailer adapter I would need to buy. The younger clerk said "I dont know anything about car parts, especially trailer parts". I asked if anyone else in the store might know and he said that the older clerk "had been there for 11 years-but he wouldnt know". Needless to say Autozone might want to think about another use for their real estate since automotive parts arent part of their expertise.

Great service, I discussed some issues with my vehicle with the front desk employees and not only did they tell me which parts they would personally recommend, but one who had the same type vehicle even helped my diagnose an issue and tell me the best way to fix it and skip and expensive trip to a mechanic

These guys are pros!! I do wish some of the other customers who decide to do repairs right there in the lot, would choose a spot NOT in front of the entrance.. Hint HINT!!
