Manager Mike with glasses is by far the rudest person I have ever seen never in my life have i felt this way about a place he doesnt have any knowledge about cars whatsoever with out the computer showing him argued about the part i needed and he follows you around the store like as if your going to steal something or has another employee do it he has done this the last 3 times I have walked in there next time I will and am going to confront him about it I have spent all kinds of money more then thousands at that place and to have a piece of garbage manager following you around the store like your stealing deserve s whats coming to him so I suggest no one talk to him or shop there when hes there and maybe coporate should have him fired Im not the only one who feels this way and its at the mount pleasant St. Store extremely pissed off customer

Workers are very unprofessional. They seem to have very little or no knowledge what so ever about repairing vehicles. The manager was very rude and was not willing to help. He pounded keyboard when searching for products to show his anger for having to look up parts. They were not willing to do much of anything. Employees have no knowledge of parts or mechanics. i will never buy from this store again. If you go here you will be worse off then when you started. Go to Autozone right across the road, employees are more professional, and have better understanding of mechanics and vehicle parts

Called about a part was given attitude. Went to store was given more attitude. Save your time from these guys and just go to Auto Zone way friendlier and they actually helped me when I needed it.
