The boss or the manager asked me to follow him all the way back to the furthest corner in their store. Only to ask me to lift and grab my heavy battery back to the front desk, although there were these cute tables laying around with wheels that you can put heavy stuff on and push easily, and that I have back problems. on top of that he had to give me an attitude that my bad battery was not theirs. He didnt even offer me their business as mentioning something like they have similar batteries in their store if I need one, because how the $$$$ am I supposed to drive my car with a dead battery, but maybe he knew I would not be buying anything from them. Thank you for the terrible experience

Horrible experience with store manager after voicing a concern about a miscommunication on a specific part that I had called about to see stock and price. Part ended up costing twice as much as what originally quoted. I was given an attitude about how the poor employees were and he spoke over me when I was voicing my concern. Not a pleasant experience. Store needs to improve customer service skills. Good luck, NAPA in Quincy or Holbrook are much nicer to deal with!

Never buy any duralast products from autozone. They fail all the time. went through two batteries and two alternators from them in less than a year. Advance Auto Parts has much better products.
