The Service has been getting WORSE, Over the Course of about 2 Years.... The Manager Derick, IS THE ONLY PERSON, That I TRUST Fur My Parts, He Is the MOST Knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL..... I REALLY WISH THAT THERE WERE A FEW MORE OF HIM, WORKING THERE..... Most of the Time, The Phones Are Ringing OFF The Hook, And Waiting for Them To Pick Up and Answer the Phone, IS INSANE !!!! Ive been a Customer There, For Over 10-12 Years......

Very unprofessional in the way they handled my inquiries. Did not inform me about the 7 day pick up rule and sent back my parts without my knowledge. Employee Aaron didnt even try. Not attentive and left me standing there and was saying things to me like "I dont know" without checking with any fellow employees to get an answer. They were so uninformed that even with my descriptions they suggested the wrong part. Will NEVER go back.

Very very helpful staff member! Asked me what I needed, looked up the items (reg maintenance items, headlight & wiper), brought me over to them, explained the differences between brands, types, high end vs low end, wattage vs time, and wiper blade types, seasons, etc.. Very helpful, and very honest! Glad he was able to help me out, and I purchased what I needed and it was all the right ones. Great prices, too!

Store was fairly clean, but employees were very unprofessional. Manager? was on the register eating a candy bar while talking to and ringing people out. While waiting in line another employee pushed through customers instead of walking around, went into the back and came out with handfuls of candy she was eating.

Been going here for years, however lately the last few visits I have had to wait in line for more than five minutes to cash out. store full of people and only two or three associates helping people with parts while customers are standing in line waiting to put cah in the cash register with nobody there
