Terrible experiance! I reserved two drain plug washers that were supposed to be in the store in the afternoon. I also ordered some oil. I asked to be called when the items were in. I was told they were going to be in at 2 PM at 3 PM I called and they told me they dont have the washers becasue they come in the pack of 5 not 2 so they decided not to order them at all. Too late to order from another place and I was supposed to go on a trip in the afternoon. Totally unprofessional.

Usually receive lots of help from most of the staff however there are a few whom I dont care for but pricing is usually pretty good and they are always good about answering questions and helping you out.

Pretty good stock for a small store, prices could be a bit more competitive, but convenient downtown location. I support local business.
