Great time walking into the store. Immediately greeted by an employee, Mitch. Helped me find exactly what i needed and even provided the brake pads for me to compare. By the end of it he even helped me fill out my rebate forms. Will be back this season for my motorcycle parts due to the ease of dealing with this store. Would recommend to friends.

This place is great. If you need parts they have them, if they dont have them they will get them by the end of the day for you...special orders dont upset them. Bob and the rest of the crew and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will even come out to the lot to assist you. Also their prices could not be beat by anybody in the area.

I love this place! Chris the store manager is awesome. He has a great counter staff, all helpful and willing to help you with a friendly smile. If they dont have it they can get it and if they cant get it then they will tell you where you can. I believe you can order on line and pick up at the store they will have it ready when you get there.

I went in to get some parts for a scrubber machine for our business. The general manager was beyond helpful. Not only did he lend me some tools to repair the equipment, but he actually came out & assisted me. WOW! Now THAT is how customer service is done! I will continue to shop here. Great job, Somersworth location!

Helpful employees which I was honestly surprised as most places Ive been to either couldnt care less or knowledgeable enough to know about cars in general. Had an unusual part that they happen to stock and they were able to track it down in the back as much as it was late and store was about to close. Thanks again.

Unlike their moronic counterparts in Rochester. The employees at the somersworth store are great, knowledgeable, and really helpful to the customers. The Rochester employees need to shadow you guys and learn how to both run the store and treat customers.
