All I needed was hardware to reinstall loose tieback for drapes. What I got was excellent service from a floor clerk who helped me not only with the proper choice of hardware, but gave me more support on choosing another product. The service was perfect. Salesman was (?) "Eric", young, pony tail, 57", merchandise and computer literate. As a Rockporter, the only place I do shop for all that I need in terms of hardware, household and garden needs will be Smith Hardware/Ace, Rockport.

A great hardware store. But if you try to locate it with Google Maps, you wont find it. Its several blocks away.
