I dealt mostly with the manager (Marcus). I had a great experience from start to finish. I was shopping for a professional chain saw but i am not an arborist so i had lots of questions. He was patient and knowledgeable. I did not buy the saw that day, and he had no reason to suspect that he would see me again. The weeks later i had a few more questions and he and his staff were very friendly. (I purchased the saw- husky 372xp) great saw, great people. Cheers

DO NOT RENT THEIR EQUIPMENT!!!! I have rented equipment from them and there is always a problem, they dont maintain their equipment and they stick the customer with the cost of the repairs even if you get the damage waiver exempting you from paying for any damage cost renting from any other place is best advised

Up until the new management this was a great hardware store. The great people have left and now there is an abusive manager. Joe ! Combative, rude. Threw a product at me them verbally assaulted me after some words. Sad !
