I stopped by in-person to make sure the bike for my son would be assembled & Id be contacted after it was assembled. 4 days later, I got an email saying the bike was ready. I got there & they hadnt even started assembly. I then asked about a Patriots football they had reduced to $7 but only had 1. They checked the inventory of another store & I was told the other store has 12. I went to the other Walmart right away & they never had any. The next day I got an email stating I actually picked up the bike &, of course, I hadnt. Eventually, it was assembled (not perfectly but good enough) & I did pick it up. This experience was a 1 but Ill give Walmart a 2 here b/c, in general, I like Walmart for what is it: good prices

One of the smaller Walmart stores. The have a very limited grocery selection, mostly frozen and dry foods. They do have a full-service fabric section with good prices on bolts of fabric sold by the foot, but there can be very long waits to get someone to cut it for you. Similarly, picking up orders placed online can take 15 minutes just for someone to show up after you press the button to summon them.

This walmart is the worst walmart around but unfortunately is the closest for me.... The store is Not clean and they close really early. There are only ever 4 registers open at once and the lines are awful. I have also tried calling them repeatedly to find out if they have a product and the phone continues to ring off the hook. My suggestion is to drive the extra distance to another walmart...

Waiting in the customer service line to cash a check, I was second in line at first and nobody was behind me. A woman comes behind me as the man in front goes to the desk but was turned away due to something. Laurie looks at me then has the woman behind me come up and called her directly over. Are you kidding me?? Terrible terrible. What happened to first come first serve ? JOKE OF A SERVICE

Got a gift card for Christmas. Had 89 cents left on it after getting what I needed. I dont really shop at Walmart so I asked for it to be cashed out. Massachusetts law anything under 5$ can be cashed out. 2 employees refused saying they dont do that. Going to file a complaint with the attorney general. Never going back to a place with horrible service.

Weve been visiting this Walmart recently because this was the closest Walmart to us and their generic prescriptions are inexpensive. The quality of this particular Walmart seems to be decent and approaches the sites Ive seen out west. While here, we also browse their brand name items and found them to be less expensive than the other chain stores.

Ive really only had one shopping experience at this particular WalMart, and it went well... But would not have gone well if I had not called upon all of my StreetWise, Italian, EastBoston, Grimey upbringing. If youre not a "hustler" Id stick with Target. But if your mouth works as fast as your mind, you may be able to strike up a deal here.....

Almost always has what I need except if I want yarn. They treat their yarn department like they wish they never had one. Its consistently under stocked. Ive been to other Walmarts that have lots better product and more variety. They expanded their fabric dept and shrunk the yarn.

The fact it closes at 9 when every other one in mass is open until 10 irks me. Then they have one cashier on. He was awesome however so one star is for him alone. There were a ton of people real fast to point out they were closing but none of them seemed to be doing any work

Small Walmart located in a compact strip mall. Its always somewhat disheveled, but the employees are always very personable. Today I just stopped by for a couple of things that I needed. Im always able to find the basics and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Completely trashed. The shelves are trashed with items all mixed up. You can tell that the management dose not ensure each section straightens out their departments. There is an obvious lack of pride which is untypical of most Wal Mart stores in my experience.

This is one of the worst Walmarts Ive ever been to, encountered a very rude staff, she was unwilling to help and rolled her eyes at me when I asked how to search one item on self checkout computer, wont shop here again anytime soon.

Horrible service. I tried calling them to find out if they had something in stock and they put me on hold 3 times and nobody picked up. The 4th time I called they said theyd forward me to a manager and once again nobody picked up.

Really helpful staff, specially the people at customer service. Do expect some lines there during busy hours and also at the registers since for some reason some are not always opened, but the self checkout side helps.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes to return an item and still waiting with only 1 person in front of me, when the line finally had 10 people behind me did the customer service person call for back up! Ridiculous...

Atrocious customer service over the phone. Didnt answer 6 times and when they did kept on hold for 20 minutes when all I needed to know was if they had Play STation 4 in stock.

Great service...went to have a large photo printed for a gift, the lady with gelled spiked hair helped me for almost an hour to make sure we got the perfect size and color.

Not enough knowledgeable staff. They dont know how to operate MoneyGram at customer service desk. I am disappoint with their service. I will not go again for MoneyGram.

Yesterday I Left a bag of paid items behind. I returned to the store this morning the bag was behind the customer service desk ready for me to pick up. No issues!
