We requested printing of invitations. Fedex Kinkos claims that they are able to produce photo documents. The electronic file was provided to the customer service representative (rep) with a hard copy template. Upon our return the front cover image was multiple shades darker than what was provided on the template. The rep told us, "There was nothing he could do since the printer prints images dark." even though we printed the hard copy template on our home printer which matched the tint of the electronic one. It is just that the rep did not want to do anything, since it was nearing closing time. These guys are a bunch of amateurs! Save yourself some time and energy and let the professionals do it.

I couldnt help but feel uncomfortable while two gentle, one named Mark... Complained in front of the customers myself including.... About another employee; an older woman; every time she walked away. They both talked about her behind her back! I couldnt believe it. Seriously two young men talking about an elderly women behind her back while they were working with her!!! Get over yourselves guys...

Showed up during business hours (1:15 pm) after calling the office. There was a hand drawn "out to lunch until 2:15". Nowhere was it listed on their site or hours on the door that they would be closed for over an hour. Waste of a trip.

Inefficient which = annoying. First guy that saw me walking through the door immediately ran into the bathroom and didnt even bother to say hi, hello, welcome. Found out later he was in a rush to go on a lunch break

Fedex Office and Print center is actually located at 5 Revere beach Parkway, Medford ma 02155. (Station Landing, next to Gamestop). No shipping services are available at 10 cabot rd.

Understaffed and there is almost always a line. Wouldnt come here, but its the closest one.
