I called on the phone to ask about faxing some documents.I could not hear the woman on the other end and told her so.I had to ask her to repeat herself several times.I told her she sounded like she was in a tunnel.She was getting ruder and ruder as I struggled to hear what she said.Suddenly I could hear her perfectly and she told me the price to fax.I asked how much to make copies.Her tone was mocking and disrespectful.She brushed me off and told me to have a "blessed day".I told her that I thought she was very rude and she said"A customer in here said you were rude." I realized that the reason I couldnt hear her was because she had me on speaker phone.I asked if she had me on speaker and she said yes that she was busy doing her work.I felt like I had been publicly humiliated and i wasnt even present. She is a nasty person.She told me once again"You have a blessed day."I realized that phrase is the new "F***K YOU".I will never do business there.If she didnt own the store,she would be fired.I will report this to UPS corporate headquarters.I would suggest if you need faxing done in Everett you go to Vera Moreno on Chelsea St. Its run by some lovely and helpful Brazilians.She was a nightmare. I wish I could rate her with negative stars.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I just filed a complaint to the corporate. The owners attitude is beyond belief. The workers attitudes are horrible as well. I asked them to mail the COD check for the company to me and the manager hangs up the phone and when I called back she did not pick up so I called from a different number and she picks up immidietly. After telling her that it was unnecessary to hang up the phone on a customer, she replies " I dont care if you are a customer or the president, If you tell me to do something, I will hang up on you. They lost the COD check for the company and we did not recieve a single apology, only horrible attitude. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to this location again. NOT RECOMENDED TO GO FOR ANY REASON!

Staff is very rude! DO NOT GO! No remorse for customer service. I ask myself how do people return to this place. I am a UPS customer. I even have a membership. I CAME in with my own box. All I needed was a strip of tape. The woman charged me $2. I think its crazy that i had to pay for strip of tape. I truly did not care it came off my companies expense. Because i mentioned that it was insane to charge a customer for tape the woman started to debate with me regarding the subject. I was in a rush and she just would not stop debating. I asked her to stop. She was super rude. I will never return to this location. Theres other ups franchise owners who would love to have me bring them business. Stay away!

I am handicapped and walked down to a store to drop a prepaid package off for pickup sign said 8am website said 8am called ups customer service said 8am... the store message said 9am I waited till 9:30 and still not open I called UPS and it appeared I got as call center in India... after 5-8 minutes of bring it somewhere else or you have to pay to have it picked up... look for a truck and give to them I then waited on hold for 12-16 minutes and still have no resolution Never do business with this store or UPS

Went to this store on Saturday and theyre supposed to open at 9am. It was 9:25 and store still wasnt open. There were about 4 of us waiting. Said the heck with it and walked down a little ways to the USPS office. Ended up having to purchase tape and a box since I was preparing to use UPS and have them package. However,I think everything worked out better in my favor in service and money. This UPS store is awful.... Will I use it again...probably not.

Stores hours are not correct. One Saturday I came, the sign said 10 am and it was 10:20 am and the door was still locked. The lady showed up at around 10:30 am and said nothing to me and other customers looking at her with "amazement". Customer service was OK, the store needs some update. I have nowhere else for Amazons returns. UPS should take all reviews into consideration and perhaps ask the owner to honor the hours.

I walked in there one or two people a little too busy dad that deal with me the one lady is nice but the other people like theyre too busy to be more friendly basis and theyre a little slow and so we shall not try to get the best deal for your customer not telling the customer they have to wrap it better or need special needs that when it really doesnt I really need it need a little more care for their customers

I simply love the lady that works here! She has such an upbeat attitude and always treats her customers with respect. As long as you treat her with respect she will do the same to you, and that shouldnt be a hard thing to do. It should be second nature. I always come here for my faxing and shipping needs Since the postal office next door customer service is horrendous.

I think some of these other reviewers work for the post office right next door. I use this store all the time. AND most of my transactions involve returns to amazon/newegg or selling through ebay which dont cost anything and the woman is always very friendly. So much so that I bought her a gift card for dunkin donuts as thanks. I highly recommend.

This is my third time using this location. Their Website and their store front both mention that they open at 8am. On one occasion I sat outside for 20 minutes. Today my wait is 20 minutes and counting. The staff at this location are very rude and are unprofessional. If the Staples store wasnt so far away, I would be there right now.

They say your tape doesnt look good and needs to be retaped by them before shipping. Oh and guess what? They will patronize you on top of that "Ohn, are you upset?" and will charge you an additional $2 for the luxury of doing so. Avoid this place like the plague.

The store in Bennetts is very good. The people are very pleasant. I came in with my box, gave it to the young lady. After she took it, she measured and weighed the box. I was in and out in 5 mins.she said it will in Chicago on Tuesday and it was.

Usually smells like food. Pots and pans can be seen from the counter. Pretty messy. Worker was friendly, if quite unprofessional. Im having a packing shipped as "Hold for Pickup". Not using this store. Just not impressed with the messy storefront.

Dont listen to the other review I go there all the time. The owner is nice and she even gives me advice for my life. The workers are great. The owner gives you the real deal and never cuts cornors. I love this store. Best in Boston.
