Im not a toy buyer, per se, but I called them this morning (I live in Amesbury, MA) to try and find a phone number for a neighboring retailer. They offered to go find the phone number for me (directly from the retailer since the number is unlisted) and had that retailer call me back. In a world of terrible customer service, these guys are AWESOME! Next time I need to buy a toy or recommend a toy store, this is the place. A little customer service goes a very, long way! Awesome!
