My husband and I just went to the Toys R Us store at the Northshore Mall to start our Christmas shopping. With list in hand, we wondered the store looking for the toys to be purchased. We approached a sales clerk named Nicki who promptly showed us the location of everything on our list and when a toy was not on the shelf, she went out back and found it. Nicki not only saved us time, she saved us money by pointing out the Toys R Us brand of batteries at the checkout. She was the best sales clerk we have had contact with in many years and deserves to be recognized for her friendly manner and her expertise. Thank you, Nicki!

I visit this store at least 3 times a month and the setup is great has is the flow of newly released and popular toys. I do have to say that all the employees are not lazy and incompetent. There are a couple employees ,Mike & Trish just to name a few, that no matter what your asking or looking for they want to help you and that is outstanding. So give it a shot because there is nothing that could be has bad as shopping at Wal-Mart in Danvers.

This place is dusty and disorganized. The return police is terrible, they would not refund your money even with the original receipt for a $5 toy, just because it was not in its clamshell packaging. BTW, the toy had a defective battery. The store manager (John) there was rude and hostile. All I could say is "Do not shop there!".

I brought my 10 yr old son & his 11 yrs old best friend down for a vacation to the Boston area (& lots of surrounding areas too). They LOVE Legos & this was a AWESOME store!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LEGO STORE!!! ☺☺☺
