Just had a great day of picking out our babies nursery ruined by getting home and finding "0 items in registry" ... Went in and met with a man who was great, helped us get started... Spent a few hours picking things out, and we were excited... When we went to leave.. We couldnt find the guy who helped us get started... We had scanned 198 things, and A woman at the register took the scan gun from us and said we were all set... After getting home and trying to look at things we had scanned.. She hadnt uploaded the scanner correctly... I called and only received "Im sorry... Shell be spoken to" my gf is heart broken!

I have never seen a manager go above and beyond like Donny from babies r us in Newington Nh. I was in to buy my first crib set for my baby boy who will be arriving in the next few months and I hit a few road blocks on the way. Donny was there to help me and make sure I got just what I wanted! From calling other stores, to taking his own personal time into locating a exactly what I wanted. I can not express how much he actually did and truly cared for each customer going through that door. He made me one happy mom! I will continue to do all of my shopping and registry at this store!

I wish the prices were better. They dont price match and feel like its still a full blown retail store just like when Best Buy used to overprice everything.

Large Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us combined store. They periodically host Lego build and take events, which are a big hit with the kids.

A Private User

Very difficult to find items on the baby registry. Employees either didnt know where stuff was or pointed us to the wrong items.

Typical Toys "R" Us store. Good customer service and large selection. I didnt really like the line queue, but thats about it.
