After all of my Black Friday shopping, Id have to say this one employee kept popping into my head. She was at this ToysRUs! Her name was Donna, she was upfront helping associates with registers. After 3 hours standing in line she was so helpful and pleasant, even though she looked like shed been dragged through the mud! I went to multiple stores on Black Friday and not one worker was as nice to me as she was! Staff there was accommodating and helpful, all of them! The store is always clean and orderly. No one ever gave me a brush off or pointed a finger to where a product was located! I have 4 kids, I will be back there before Christmas~!

NO STARS!!!! I called to ask about someones baby registry and the phone rang more than 25 times! No exaggeration!! Then a young girl answered and lo and behold, she was NEW!!! I told her what I wanted and she said, hang on Ill go ask my manager ! I hung on approx 10 minutes!!! She came back, apologized for the long wait, asked me the name on registry, the spelling, then told me to hang on again!! I couldnt get past hanging on for more than 5 minutes this time, I hung up!! Dont call there expecting good customer service!! Its not happening!!!

It was just this one. I like the prices, its kind of organized, not very ghetto, my sisters love it when I take them there. When I had to go to the bathroom however, I was outraged by the lack of cleaning in the mens room, there was urine on the floor, so I thought probably just some 8 year old who thinks hes a hot shot. But leaving the stall I discovered the ceiling was loaded with urine toilet clumps, nowadays boys urinate on toilet paper and throw it on the ceiling where it sticks, and a smudge of feces on the wall near the toilet.

I bring my sons here or other places also this isnt the first toys r us that Ive been too but we came across this one on are way out of town. Me and my sones came in here and I let them pick out one toy nice toy that they wanted. There service is outstanding here a guy helped my boys pick out the right toy that they can take on the trip with them. Thanks you guys are really helpful.

Always Out Of The Toys My Daughter wants....first shopkins....then spinners...now Lol dolls.... I have to give it to these toy companies.... They know how to attract kids.... And the money out of the parents wallets....LOL

I have called this location daily for one week and not once have been connected... I have 3 children and spend on average 3000 a year between there birthdays and Christmas presents.... I will take my business else where

It was okay, late afternoon on a Sunday. Helpful employee on the floor, the cashier at the front seemed she was tried and didnt want to be there. Good selection ok prices.
