I would like to thank the staff who were working on Friday, November 22nd around closing time who returned a phone in which I had left in the restroom. Although my husband had called the following afternoon and asked if anyone had returned a phone and who ever he spoke with said "no" I still felt I had to go there personally. I had retraced my steps from the night before without luck, but I kept asking staff members about my phone and everyone kept pointing to the Service Counter because they had not heard anything. I waited patiently and asked another staff member who was walking towards the Service Counter about a phone and she said "YES someone had mentioned finding a phone in the restroom last night" after watching four people open the same drawer to see if the phone was in the lost and found I was still patient as a manager from that day Saturday, November 23rd around 1pm asked me to wait and she will find my phone. As busy as she was she managed to ask an employee to open the drawer back up and SHUFFLE things until they found my phone and BINGO my phone was in the drawer four people opened. This just goes to show HONEST PEOPLE still EXIST in this world. I can not thank Toys R Us/Babies R Us in Dedham ENOUGH. I was more concerned about my sons photos which I had not backed up in a couple of months! THANK YOU!!!!

Early Monday 12/22/14, I went to the Dedham Toys R Us to find a Surprise Kitty that my granddaughter surprised" us with a Santa request. The staff there, especially Alex, were so helpful with their time and attention. Unfortunately, after Alex searched the store because the computer said there was I left in Dedham, we did not find it and discovered it had been sold the night before. He then searched the other stores in the area and found them in a few. The desk staff then advised me to call ahead, and gave me directions. They were all cheerful, helpful and attentive and it was 7:45 in the morning. I was extremely impressed and pleased. They should all be commended for wonderful customer service, something that is lacking in many retail establishments lately. We did call ahead and reserved the toy at the Framingham store. Merry Christmas Dedham Ma Toys R Us! Well done!

They charge you "assembly" fees on a floor model bike if they do not have any in stock and will not be getting any more. The floor models are all scratched and have been ridden around. I am a very nice person and was just being reasonable when I said I wanted the assembly waived. My godson had already picked out the bike so I was stuck between a rock and hard place... not sure if I could find the exact one anywhere else & afraid to leave the last one in the store in case it sold when I looked elsewhere. I was called a very rude name by an employee for just suggesting I should not have to pay assembly. The manager was even worse. I like assembling bikes. I had to reassemble it anyways as it was done so horribly and also possibly from being ridden around the store by other kids. I will NEVER shop there or any affiliated store again.

This is for Costumers who Make or Have Layaway in The Toys R Us Store Located In Dedham MA When Take your Layaway Please Check that everything you put in layaway is in the boxes. If I tell you this is Because I Personally I Put the Chritsmas Toys in a layaway and I made a big mistake , I did not verify that everything that I paid and was on my receipt That I had paid Was inside the Boxes . I Spent More than $400 And on top of that when I arrived home I did not check if everything I purchase was there , I open the boxes at the midnight of Chritsmas , Those boxes was at my house for 2 weeks and not even for curiosity I check to see if everything was there

Way better than Frank and sons Quality and Price wise! Kenny is cool friendly guy. Amazing pops Vaulted,Retired,Exclusives, and yes commons in pop protectors yes basically mint! Ill usually recommend members from my group honestly, but theyll be happy for letting them know. So this business deserves award or something!! Hopefully theyll have the new dbz set coming out because definitely will need to purchase those.. I know they will "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" you buy here. Dont forget cash only. My new go to spot without a doubt. Check it out asap.

Pathetic store and staff. You are always followed around if you look different. Please dont go here. You can spend your $$$$$s on them but you are being discriminated. I would rather spend my money somewhere else. Terrible shopping experience.

Always super crowded and with lines. They messed up a dresser order and they made it right but were being shady about the process. We ended up having to wait for 2 hours while they checked the back for our dresser.
