Went into the store with wife and 2 children t buy a little tikes jump n slide inflatable bouncer. They said they would match the price I saw on amazon if they had it. The lady said they have 3 in the store then they called out back and said they did not have any. I feel because of the price match the guy "could not find one". I then went to my car and tried ordering one on line and they said it would be ready in less than an hour at the store. Very disappointed with the store since we have spent thousand of dollars here.

Went there on black Friday and they didnt have the swing set I wanted. But I called and talk to Adam the store Manger and he and his associates tried to find it and they were successful. I think this they went above and beyond to help me . Kudos to this store and manager Adam and team. Thank you one pleased customer.

Store was clean and everything well stocked. They priced matched with Amazon without hesitation. Staff were nice and several of them asked if I need help finding something. The only thing was the store looked old from the outside.

Customer service is pretty bad...ive never had one good experience with the people who work there...and there coupons always have a million things u cant buy and use coupon with...not worth it!!!
