Called ahead and asked if they had an item, was told they did drove way out of my way to get there and they didnt have it, but they carried it. So annoying. Also its a smaller store with a less inventory.

poor return policy. While it is not your fault that Microsoft puts out a piece of garbage game console product, you sell it and you must support your customers better.

Great store for toys. The website is cheaper than store, although they will price match. Just make sure you price check when shopping here.
