The morons block off the main entrance road and fire lane in front and turn it into an extension of the garden center. Not sure why the Mansfield Fire Department, Mansfield Building Inspectoror, Mansfield Police, or Home Depot Corporate allows them to block off the road like this. I cant tell you how many times Ive seen cars almost plow through there because people unfamiliar with this area dont expect the entire front of the store to be blocked off as you turn the corner. At which point you have to back up into an intersection to turn around. Its only a matter of time before someone is killed here. If you park in a fire lane you get a ticket. But Home Depot can block off the entire fire lane and nothing happens. Cause that makes sense!

While the staff is generally courteous and helpful, what I like least about this store is that it is not well stocked or just does not offer some of the items that are in other Home Depots. This is unfortunate as the store is located in my home town and would be a convenient place to shop. I often find that I am forced to travel to another location (typically Norwood) to find the items I need. Im not certain if this store is smaller than the typical HD (does not appear to be) which is why they have such a poor selection or just poorly stocked but I often find myself frustrated with my inability to find what I need. I hope the store manager reads this and rectifies the situation. Remember, I cant buy what you dont have!

Juliana at the service center was awesome! I had previously called two other locations that were closer to me than this one and neither one really tried to help me just answer a question on their return policy. She looked up when i purchased an item and helped me out immensely. She was quick and professional and made my experience here ensure that this location will be the only one I use from now on.

I practically live here. Im here once a week buying something for working on my house. Bought some stuff in the garden center today, grass seed, mulch and an ornamental grass. Good selection and prices are what youd expect. Friendly staff, too.

My home has a pool. Home Depot doesnt seem to consider this. Not even seasonally. I went to buy an O-ring for my filter and they dont carry anything larger than about 1/2 inch (I needed 2.25"). Friendly staff though, and knowledgeable.

Oh associate michelle is one of their bad apples Im a truck driver was bringing snow blowers in the snow storm of 12 14 13 and had to shut down and she did not care that it was snowing on ice and I was coming from Winchester Virginia

Easy to find. They even have an item locator on their mobile site that tells you exactly what isle and bay to find what youre looking for. Online orders are always fast to pick up and the customer service is great.

I waited 30 Minutes to get help in the shade department. One lady offered to help but said she would help, but it would be a while. There was nobody there to help. I walked out and went to Lowes.

Normally folk there are pleasant and helpful. Except he guy Rod on the paint mixing, he is bordering on being rude, on 3 separate occasions. Perhaps some training in customer service might help.
