I have to give 5 stars for this store. I come to this Home Depot ALL THE TIME! Staff Members, are NOT perfect every time, they dont hover over customers and sometimes I may even have to go look for someone (thats usually a down time when staff is limited) to help me. However, i dont have an issue with that! When I do need someone they are ALWAYS professional and knowledgeable enough to work at Home Depot. They dont need to all be retired contractors with extensive knowledge in building & plumbing. I was just here yesterday and I was helped once again by the nicest man. Consumers can sometimes be very exasperating and I wish they would think twice about leaving negative reviews online as they can be very important to all businesses. Especially small businesses that are judged solely on what others think of them. If you have a negative visit then be SPECIFIC instead of "this place sucks"! and when you have a good visit make sure to review then too! Peace!

If you are interested in flooring ask for Brooke or Jordan! So let me tell you about my wonderful carpet installation process with a delightful Home Depot Associate named Brooke. So going into the carpet installation, I knew nothing about the aforementioned but after Brooke spent several hours explaining the entire process to me, I grasped the knowledge sucessfully due to her ability to communicate effectively. Brooke continued to work dilligently on my behalf to acquire the answers to my complex questions and she remained a delight the entire process. Several other home depot associates handled my situation while Brooke was off and in short they complicated the process. Brooke remained calm, polite and determined to resolve the situation in a timely manner and indeed she did. After 45 mins, everything was resolved and I just bought my first pet proof carpet with the prime comfort pad underneath.

Did all my research online made sure they had the item that I wanted in stock. When i get there all the shelves are a mess when i say mess i mean like a teenagers room. Needless to say they could not find it. I had three different employees confirm for me that they had 9 in stock. 30min later someone with a little more knowledge came around and said. its in that pallet up top. Said he was going to find somebody to get it for me. I waited another 15min with nothing. The time spent waiting is accurate as I work 13hr days and spend my 1hr lunch hoping to go in out. This is not a knock on Home Depot as a whole as I do all my shopping at the Location at Seekonk which is run spectacularly and there is always somebody to assist with knowledge. I will always just drive the additional 5miles and go to Seekonk from now on.

There is only MAYBE 3-4 people in the store who know anything. Customer service absolutely sucks, its mostly guess work if you have any questions. Pay peanuts and get monkeys, all of these large corporate stores need to UNIONIZE, get the training they need and make the money they are worth. HD is a multi billion dollar company who can afford it!!!!

My family made a visit to the store on Saturday to participate in the kids activity and it was an amazing experience. My 3 yr old was a first timer and Carlos was kind and patient with her, something a mom can appreciate. As we left the store we were greeted and offered assistance by multiple employees. It was a pleasure visiting the store!

This is the worst Home Depot that I have ever been to. Most of the staff have no idea where anything is, and are rude. The only employee that I have dealt with that sticks out is Jackie in the lumber section. I have dealt with him several times and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Awful attitudes and customer experience. Woman in tool rental unknowledgeable in rental policies and gave me the "I run this" area regarding tool rental. No consistency in this store. Go to Dartmouth MA instead, they actually know about products and building specifications.
