Mi es pericia personal ha caído excelente siempre q una pregunta muy la años contestado y mi casa esta echa con los materiales de hoy di por tal ves están hablando de algunas personas q trabajan hay q tal ves no tienen experiencia e son son otros 20 dólares para mi es lo mejor yo soy feliz con esa tienda vivo en Puerto Rico,

I go to this Home Depot quite often, and have spent more than 10K over the last 2 years on my house, deck & shed. The Salem store has a lot of supplies, but some days I can find 10 people asking if they can help, other days I search aisle after aisle, and when I finally find someone they are clueless. Also I have carried many 80lb bags of quickcrete and 50lb bags of sand... sometimes I can find someone to help, sometimes not. At a 135lb woman, it can be tough to manage it.

Ive never had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The check out experience is ok, especially if using the self checkout line. The store well stocked and they rarely have issues when it comes to finding the exact tool or part for your needs.

This is an average Home Depot. Ive had issues returning items a few times. We also get some tude by the old lady at paint -- and on more than one occasion. The Depot also decided to stop the 10% discount so weve taken most of our business down the street to Lowes now.

The supervisor carried the tent/canopy to our cart and price matched it by going to the competitors website. Other, younger looking staff, did not try to understand my requests for help. They recited unrelevant info repetitively.

One of the best Home Depot local stores I ever shop at. Staff are always available to help, always with smile. My best experience here is when when I got reminded of an ongoing warranty with $168 savings! Highly recommended.

You cannot return items to the store if you have opened it or bought in a different store. They all claim "it is a new policy". Do not buy anything there if there is any chance that you have to return it.
