Somewhere between dishonest and incompetent. Floors & Kitchens Today in Norwood sold us about $6k worth of flooring after having one of their techs come to measure our basement. Manager at the time assured us wed be able to return any unopened boxes, but since they measured it wouldnt be likely. Now the projects done and it turns out they sold us about 100 sq/ft more than we needed. The manager we dealt with is gone and the new one has politely referred us to the "no returns on special orders" policy. Shame on us for not reading the fine print or getting something in writing. Shame on them for not standing behind their measurements and for the blatant lie in the first place. Adding insult to injury, they dont return calls (you have to drive into the store). Were still waiting for a call back from the regional manager, but would be surprised if it actually comes. We like to support small local businesses but should have gone to Home Depot on this one. Lesson learned.

The crew worked absolute MAGIC on our floors under the tightest of timelines and for a fraction of the price of what some other companies quoted us. My wife and I closed on our new condo on Monday, “Floors & Kitchens Today Norwood” got to work at 7am on Tuesday, and we were able to move in on Wednesday afternoon! Knowing our tight schedule, they arrived early, just as they promised, and worked for 14 hours straight to get everything done on time. And the finished product is truly a perfectionists dream! They do EXCELLENT, careful work, and are so affordable it almost seems like a trick. Id give them dozens of stars if I could.

My husband and I used this company twice in the past few years and are very happy with their job and their professionalism. The first job consisted of patching a portion of the floor after we removed a wall and the job is seamless, as it was always been like that. They also refinished the floors throughout the house with great results. We called them back a couple of years after, during the remodeling of our basement. We needed them to patch the hardwood floor where a door was removed and to cover the existing staircase. Again, great job, beautifully done and with great customer service. I do recommend this company.

Our new kitchen is a pleasure to behold and has become a seamless part of our hundred year old home, which has been renovated. With much input from designers, we were able to conceive a design that works exactly as imagined. The kitchen is timeless. We were heartened and impressed by both the work ethic and sensitivity of the installers who were both attentive and considerate of our personal space. Kudos to their outstanding team!

I loved working with the whole team-- every craftsman and each employee were knowledgable, patient, highly skilled and listened to our concerns. We were so very pleased with the end result and the whole team went the extra mile to make the experience a positive one. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
