I was there yesterday , I have a womderful experience. The employee Samantha Miller gave me amazing service . No body and other 2 other HD could help me . She offered maching de color with my son jacket because thats exactly color I want for my walls I told her that . And she said of course I can scanner that on the machine. She is great!!!! Very attentive, polite and gentle. She always smile and have a positive attitude. Definitely if a need go back I ll in this store . I live en Pawtucket, RI but the other 2 HD have a teerible services and the employees are grumpy, lazy, very depressed attitudes.

While it is just a Home Depot, and going to one can be both good and bad, the benefits of this Home Depot are pretty good. Everytime Ive been there they have had stuff I needed. Whether it is a rental aerator or a lawnmower blade for my EGO 21inch, they have it. Lumber is located on the left entrance closest to the Stop and Shop, tools and hardware in the middle, and garden in the right. It is most convenient because it is right next to a Stop and Shop, meaning I can get my grocery chores done in a quick amount of time instead of having to drive everywhere.

Awful, the guy working at paint counter is completely unconscious, and he has been working there long enough. He was about to help me but I pointed to a customer w a question After that he completely forgot about me and didnt see more customers lining behind me. While fiddling w scrapers I went up to him and asked if he forgot about me. I told him I wanted the glidden paint primer in a particular color. He has been there long enough to have known to ask regular or premium. I got stuck w the regular. Unlike vision and hearing, you just cant fix stupid

Just left home depot in seekonk and received the worst service Ive ever had. We selected a stove, intending to put it in our truck and take it home today. The man working said it was in stock and it would be about 15 minutes. We waited about 20 minutes for the man to come back and tell us the forklift was not charged. Instead of telling us another store that had it in stock or offerring us another option, the man just walked away. I will never go there again.

Associate in the middle of helping me locate a vanity and wall cabinet decides to have several conversations with other associates instead of helping me. Once found my palette, he then decides to drop 4 other palettes so far before mine. Ive been waiting here for going on 45 min and by the looks of it possible another 20-30 min. As a professional, this is a continuous problem here. Not sure if its worth me shopping at this location anymore!

I found the inventory acceptable, however the staff was indifferent and on one occasion rude. When a salesman has someone standing in front of him, put the phone down and say Ill be with you in a moment and mean it. When a customer is standing in front of two employees have them stop discussing last nights game and ask if the customer needs help. Dont frown and then act imposed upon. The service model at this store is far from acceptable.

Maria in flooring is the best. She was so very helpful and kind and patient. Had a wonderful experience with flooring there. Noelle was helpful too as her sidekick. The crew who came out to measure was communicative and timely. Thanks for making this sometimes unpleasant task pleasant.

Great home depot! Employees always help me find items and tips too! I have been multiple times and will keep coming back over the other hardware stores. They carry Honda products, which most other companies do not; so a great resource for quality products.

Bought a freezer from them and paid for delivery. Was not delivered and the delivery company doesnt have me in their system. Call homedepo to see whats going on and i have been getting the run around for 2 hrs. Going to get my money back and go to Lowes
