I have had nothing but poor customer service at this Home Depot on several occasions. Sales associates seem to have no knowledge about products & did not even attempt to find someone who might know more. When I asked the difference between washing machines one time & if any of the 4 I was looking at had any special features I was honestly told that they were all exactly the same & then he ranked them by the cu. ft which was not what I had asked & was clearly labeled so I could figure that out myself. Comparison charts & reviews I did online showed many difference between the brands & models. Also was given misinformation about price match policy both over the phone & in the store. Was only given the correct information once it was too late to receive the pricing we were expecting. Drive a couple miles & go to the Lowes. Ive always had a better experience there & that is where the better price was to begin with.

I like this Home Depot. Ive been to atleast 10 of these stores and this one is in my top 3 favorite. I see the complaints from others, but honestly I have never had a problem with poor customer service. People who work at home depot are everyday people. If youre looking for super polite kiss up customer service, remember this is a store mainly frequented by contractors, not a rental car service where they treat you like gold. My biggest issue with this store is the dreaded parking lot. If youre going North, DONT STOP at the exit, there is a DEDICATED LANE JUST FOR PEOPLE LEAVING THE PLAZA. But people will stop there for ten minutes until no cars are coming. If youre going South, you have to drive all the way around past the train terminal then sit at a stop sign with heavy traffic. Regardless, that has nothing to do with the store itself. The actual Home Depot parking area is fine, plenty of space.

If you needs new keys or rekey the lock, this is the place to go. Walter and Mark are excellent: they are so skillful but, not only that, they are so patient and Walter is a perfectionist! When it comes to locks and any household item, dont you want the product to be perfect? Walter and Mark worked on my locks for hours to rekey them, they even fixed the small broken part to make the lock work perfectly. When they saw small problems, even though the lock has been put together, they took it apart and looked into the issues. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with their service.

Isle was closed for about a half hour while associates stood around talking about what they were supposed to do. When it finnaly opened the items that I wanted to look at were way up out of reach, so I stood on a flat bed cart that was left right in front of the rack. One of the associates told me not to stand on it but didnt move it out of the way or ask if I needed assistance to reach it. Didnt have the size I needed anyway so wasted a good hour for nothing. Should have gone the extra few miles to lowes.

I went to this Home Depot to have some wood custom cut and found Carlos. The most pleasant experience I have had at home depot has been tis one. He took his time to measure and cut exactly what I wanted and spent more than half an hr helping me find everything else I needed. Thanks to Carlos my project will be completed successfully and with all the materials exactly how I needed them.

The front desk employees some of the names I know of is Debbie, Donna, Amanda, Chrissy, Maria, And Jerry in Plumbing, and any one I forgot are all Perfect .The Head Manager Jim is a awesome guy All the Head Cashiers and every employee goes out of there way to help everyone that is in the store PLEASE PASS IT ON TO THEM THANKS RICK AND SHIRLEY SILVESTRO

For someone who has no workshop knowledge or experience, my trip to Home Depot today was pleasant and easy. Id like to commend the staff at this location for being very helpful, especially Joe Bob, and supervisor Melissa and Greg. Joe went above and beyond to help me with my project, recommending tools, even taking the time to help me sort it out.

Appalling customer service with an appliance purchase and delivery that led to having no dishwasher for a week and a half, needing to take multiple days off of work to sort things out, and lots of money spent hiring a plumber for repeat visits. No effort was made to make the situation right or compensate us for our lost time and money.

People are always helpful. Shop at Home Depot constantly and know t he store quit well. But if in need of advice there is someone to help, or like today a young man couldnt answer a question so he went and asked someone else. And then asked a costumer friend. Have to respect that

Great Home Depot location, however the parking lot is hard to get in and out of with long waits if busy. The store is always clean and items are easy to find. Lines can be long, but shop at off-hours to help this. I will keep using this location.

Every Home Depot is poorly staffed but this one is the worst Ive seen. Waited in electrical section for 20 minutes because there was no employee on shift who knew the code the turn on the wire rack on.

Dont ever ask them to rip down plywood if you expect it to actually be precise. This place is an absolute joke! I had cuts 3/8"ths off in only 8.

Can find mostly everything you are looking for..... but some of the rarely used items they dont sell because the item is not a big selling item
