I would highly recommend people not have any installs done through Home Depot " At Home Services". I purchased an exterior front door and had it installed through them causing flooding damage, and various mishaps causing the install to drag out one and a half years with virtually no help from Home Depot and only offering very minimal compensation. The experience I have had with there customer service department is horrendous. Beware Home Depot does not stand by there workmanship. I went with Home Depot for the security that the job would be done right and found out this is the case with Home Depot. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is store #3481 in Nashua, NH. I never even got a call back from the store manager, John Markgren. They are not helping me in anyway.

I usually avoid this Home Depot when ever possible or all of South Nashua for that matter, but it does have a bigger selection than my preferred store a few exits up on Colosseum Ave. It would be five stars but the store is always mobbed, even mid day during the week. If I had to guess its all homeowners and contactors coming from Massachusetts trying to avoid paying taxes that support their state, which is fine by me, come to New Hampshire and keep more jobs for us.

Just awful customer service. Paid to have HD come and measure for a rug but I cannot order the rug because nobody answers the phone. Tried 4 times on a Tuesday, all different time of the days. Was put on hold and had to listen to their annoying message for over 45 minutes. No one picked up, so I hung up and tried again. Wish I had never used Home Depot . I wonder if their President, Craig Menear, reads reviews; probably not based on the service.

I would like to say (-10) if possible. My husband bought a new fridge and the first one came with damage. The drawer didnt close and we stayed without freezer for 3 weeks. We called them so many times and so we received so many excuses. Finally, today, it should be replaced and they damage the new one. This is so stressful. We want this company out of our place and we will never buy anything there again.

The girl with the pink/red hair with glasses at the service/return desk was so rude yesterday. Im in customer service job so I know that is not a right way to treat a customer. Bad management all around. Im shopping at Lowes down the street from now on for much better service.

Moved into a new apt. And needed to pick up a few homely things. I bought a beautiful carpet only to find a defect. The sales associate was really helpful and I exchanged the item with my receipt no hassle.

Nightmare!!!! Do NOT use their subcontractors. One price given at measurement which was incorrect, then contractors walked off job anf didnt show up and left us with a huge mess. Will NEVER use again!!!

Great customer service. My 4 drawer kit was missing pieces and i had to come back twice and then they found me a complete one at another store. Really made things right. Thank you Home Depot.

The employees Ive received advice/help from have been knowledgeable, courteous and very willing to help. An employee, Matt helped me find some brass air compressor in a snap. very pleased.
