Ordered a gas range and fridge. Per the sales person the Stove was disconnected by the plumber prior to the delivery. The Stove/fridge both arrived with extensive damage. Whats upsetting,( aside from the waste of time and Money) is the complete careless disregard on the part of the 3rd party loaders hired by HD. The side of the Stove was caved it. Who ever did it during loading knew they did it but just left it on the truck anyway. With all that said, Rubin, the Mgr at the Marlborough store went above and beyond to make the situation right. Without a functioning Stove and the new delivery date 2 week s away ! He made things happen and got me the Stove delivered in 3 days. ( Still waiting on the fridge) Much appreciated Rubin !! Outstanding CS

Terrible customer service with their warehouse. My washer dryer was on back order for two months. I had scheduled a day during the week, taking time off of work to have my order delivered. Due to inclement weather the delivery was cancelled with no option to reschedule on a weekend when they deliver on Saturdays. Now I have to take another day off of work in order to have my appliances delivered. All of this while receiving extremely rude customer service from a woman named Laurie who would not let me speak with her supervisor. I will never purchase an appliance from them with this lack of customer service ever again!!!

We ordered two appliances from Home Depot in Marlborough. We paid extra for installation. The appliances were dumped off at our home, and not installed. I just spent two hours on the phone with Home Depot attempting to get them to send out the installer they promised. I was told, "Sorry, the installer is not available." We have the contract with the installation date. "Sorry, they were overbooked". Youve got to be kidding me. NEVER EVER buy an appliance from this store unless you plan on installing yourself.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Dave who gave us above and beyond customer service during a stressful time. Our front door came unhinged, and Dave took us to all the items we needed to make the repair. He even said that if we had trouble re-hinging the door back on, to ask for him the next day. Thanks Dave.

I was at the Marlborough Home depot today and I wanted to say I asked a Man working there for help with the window sealer to keep it warm. He took his time and told me exactly how to do this to my two windows. His name is Walter do not know last name. it was about 2 pm today 1/19/2016. A very nice Man. .

I had great help from Burhan at the paint department. Hes done his best to help us for our paint project with the most affordable way. And he even showed us how to apply a roller on the wall, and to save money, and labor. Life is great amid great people.

Like is better than the store at natick. Good setup. The Marlborough store has more interesting and better season ending "deals" than Natick.

Typical Home Depot. They have a garden center and the staff is helpful. In the summer, there is a food truck in the parking lot.
