Bought a 2 piece wrench set on a friday. Took it home, unopened it and about to get busy with it until I found my other wrench I had been looking for before I went to home depot to buy a new one. So I wrap the two new wrenches back up and go do a return the next day. I tell the lady I forgot my receipt but have the card I used. She inspects the wrench set like Perry Mason and askes when I bought it. I said yesterday and I didnt use it. She says to me, "they dont look new" as if I bought them months ago and used them. I say, "they are brand new, are you kidding me?????" and now Im pissed. Hey lady, I buy things at home depot 5 days a week and have been doing it for years. Dont question the customer when you can see for yourself in the computer I bought the damn wrench yesterday. And, it doesnt look new????? Go compare them to the same set in the aisle and get back to me. Get a clue lady.

Cathy, Tom and Frank all helped me in my search for an outdoor faucet replacement knob. They all went above and beyond the call of duty trying to show me different scenarios of what I would need to replace it. Unfortunately I did not bring all the necessary information but all 3 employees educated me so I could return to the store with the information and purchase the correct replacement knob. Thanks for your great customer service.

Good selection of things for maintaining and improving your home. Its a big chain store so support your local hardware store first, but then go here if you cant find something. Salespeople on the floor are almost always cheerfully helpful.
