Special ordered a door gave requirement of my rough opening height and door width I required, and material, when ordered double checked what I was getting was height expected. when it came in it was not the material expected and taller than expected, lots of miscommunication and unclear, there system should provide more clear information i.e. I do take some of the blame as I trusted them to quote me on what I asked for, but notes were taken on a scrap piece of paper. Ordering windows for the big box store provide much more clear results. Unless you are a contractor I would second guess special ordering without more information.

I HAD THEM COME OUT TO REPAIR MY GARAGE DOOR MANY TIMES WITH NO RESULTS THEY WOULD GUESS AND REPLACE SOME PARTS AND SAY TRY THAT NOW I CAN NOT GET THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS I THINK THEY GAVE UP
